Anyone who's as well versed in weapons grade stupid such as your garden variety truther can easily make that connection. For those of us living in the real world? Not so much.

Are you particularly disappointed at the slow pace of the discovery and prosecution of the offenders? People say there's no statute of limitations on murder, but that's untrue, as obviously the perpetrater eventually dies (unless, of course, you believe the gubmint has also developed immortality serum).

Wait, why am I doubting that truthers would believe that?

+Military grade Anthrax mailed to the Bush Opponents was genetically Identical to a Military produced batch. Producing the same characteristics is difficult and very dangerous outside of a weapons lab. Don't know if this was one of those parallel conspiracies or part of the main one.

+Silent explosives,bad typing? There are explosives that leave very little and difficult to detect residues.

+An explosive is silent in a vacuum.

+As far as spaces and not using paragraphs, you must have young eyes. It helps readability.

+I should indicate when I am changing subject, or adding a reinforcing argument.
 
How about Xenon Trioxide?

+A bit unstable. Grains rubbing across each other could initiate detonation.

+Transport and placement would be difficult.

+Give away, one day a pothole, the next day a crater, with what have been pieces of a truck or maybe a car, whatever, at the bottom.

+The WTC site was scrubbed clean, I doubt if there is anything to be found there.

You can't be tried for treason in the United States unless there is a State of War declared by the Senate. It's the only crime specifically mentioned in the US Constitution and consists only of siding with or giving aid to the enemy of the United States in time of war. The Framers were very specific about this.
 
This is coming to a conclusion much sooner than that.

Someone asked about the statue of limitations. For a conspiracy, it is reset every time one of the members does something so that the conspiracy can move forward.

I don't think a response on a blog would count. Darn!

I don't mean for this to sound cruel. You really need to do an honest self assessment of your capabilities. If there were a conspiracy, uncovering it seems well beyond you.

I tell a lot of Truthers to do this and they never do. Watch the movie "All the President's Men". It's about the reporters who broke the Watergate story. Pay attention to Ben Bradley, the editor. Notice the rigor and discipline he applies to evidence. I want you to watch this because it shows what is really required to uncover a real conspiracy. After watching, compare yourself to Bradley and decide for yourself how you measure up.

Would killing 3000 people be levying war against the United States?
I am sure that there are more than 3 people involved in the Conspiracy, so I think we can find 2 witnesses.
