There are several problems with this, RedIbis.
1) Mr. Silverstein never said that he spoke with Mr. Nigro.
2) Mr. Nigro said quite clearly that he did not speak to Mr. Silverstein.
3) You assume far too much and research far too little.
4) There were various "fire commanders" within the FDNY at the relevant time, including (but not limited to) battalion commanders, division commanders, incident commanders, tour commanders and citywide tour commanders.
5) Firefighters do a lot more than just put water on fires, but those other activities are still firefighting activities. In fact, the vast majority of what firefighters do involves things other than putting water on fires.

So, are you going to tell us what Mr. Silverstein "lied through his dentures" about or aren't you? If yes, please be specific. If no, then just admit that you were mistaken when you made that claim, and move on.

Hey LashL? Is Silverstein still trying to sue the airlines for what happened to his buildings? What do you think about that? Could they be liable?

The stupid, it burns.

It certainly does in this case. Will you be answering anytime soon counselor?

But earlier you conceded that Silverstein did lie.

As DGM already pointed out, this makes Lie #6.

Or maybe you'd like to claim we have a "difference of opinion" about what I actually said?

It seems that after being caught in two lies in this thread alone, RedIbis has given up his laughably hypocritical witch hunt against Silverstein. I applaud him for having the modicum of good sense and self-respect to cut and run instead of embarrassing himself any further.

That was subtle.

That was subtle.

You unfairly malign me, Red. I was expressing with earnest sincerity how much I respect your choice to flee a losing battle. What others might call shameful cowardice, I see as a triumph of self-awareness and rationality.

This is depressing - simon shack is published at Ron Paul's website.

I feel dirty after reading that. It must rank as the most heartless ignorant pile of **** I have seen coming out of the "Truth" movement. What's the (il) logical progression from shacks position here? The towers are still there? They never existed in the first place? Gimme ****ing strength

Is it off topic in the general 9/11 discussion thread?

????

Gee... I don't know..

http://tinyurl.com/ybtk4cd

I mean with those internet commando for da twoof skillz, it is no wonder you can't find your ass with a road map, directions, a flashlight, a compas and both hands.

whew... it is absolutely amazing.

ETA... it only took about 30 seconds...

ETA2: Since I know how bad twoof reading for comprehension is... here is the important part
Larry Silverstein’s World Trade Center Properties may still proceed with its lawsuit seeking $2.8 billion in damages against the airlines and security firms involved in 9/11 attacks. That fact was misstated in an earlier version of this article published Oct. 7, 2009.

OF course you can always CALL them or EMAIL them and ask about how their litigation is going...

Did I say it was off topic Alge??

I figured you were going to actually have something of some kind of substance to post.

But, alas, you are a truther, so nevermind.

How is Larry doing suing the airlines? Any debunker lawyers know anything about that?

Is it off topic in the general 9/11 discussion thread?

This the 9/11 conspiracy theory general discussion thread. In the 9/11 conspiracy theory sub-forum.

So perhaps in your brief tenure between suspensions you'd like to explain what relevance Silverstein's lawsuit has to 9/11 conspiracy theories.

Johnny...

I can see where he is trying to go with it... just a newer version of the "they did it for the insurance scam."

Since we can show that the towers were easily making money, and by having a huge gapign hole in the ground Silverstein is losing his shirt...

So IF it was for insurance fraud (and now suing the airlines is part of that delusion) to make money, then Larry S and his "pull it" some how have relevance and show it was an inside jobby job.

It is easy to see where algebra is going with his bad math.

Of course algebras poor google fu, coupled with his inability to understand basic things like math or radar have led him astray again.

SIGH...

I was asking the resident lawyer here, or any other lawyer for that matter, what they think about Silverstein and his case. What points need to be established for it to move on?

Knuckleheads please stay out of the way. I'm talking to someone specifically. Not I think the lawyer will step up though.

I was just asking. You know me.
