Thanks for fixing that for me.
I wanted to know how the electricity and phone lines got disabled.
Also, how does the FBI get there in 5 to 10 minutes?
I was wondering about that too; for information only. I know 93 impacted upside down like this, and I can dig up the last second of FDR information if needed. There is nothing strange about flight 93 impact; the terrorist pilot flew the plane into the ground he was afraid of the Passengers who figured out 911 in minutes. Sad some people can't figure out 911 as quickly as the Passengers on Flight 93.
I have knocked out the electricity for the day by taking out high voltage lines. It is simple to mess up the electric grid. If the electricity went out at the impact area for 93; I think it is extremely possible the impact of the jet and ejected parts messed up the power lines and took out the nearest substation.
A telephone power pole. Do you think a part from 93 could have shorted out the system? It is very possible, I shorted out the wires with a tree, why not a metal aircraft? Parts were ejected here at 450 feet or so.
I have to assume if power was off, Flight 93 knocked down the wires or shorted the system. Cars knock out the power, trees knock out the power and a plane with the 15,000 TIMES the KE (kinetic energy) of a car impact could do a lot of local damage.
I call 93 knocking out the power with power lines within 500 feet of impact point plausible.
Was the FBI there in 10 minutes? I am sure they would be there quickly since ATC/FAA knows to a mile the spot they crashed in minutes of the impact. Were FBI guys already in the air going to DC? The FBI works all over the place. It could be possible the FBI could be on site quickly. Have you researched the FBI in PA?
The nearest FBI field office is Pittsburgh, 61 miles away. That is 12 minutes by air, an hour by car (for speeders like me). He never said when. She said you waited 5 or 10 minutes then what happened. Later all the people came; he specified no times. The FBI would be there quickly on 911.
I see wires across the field where 93 crashed today. Hard to see exactly where they run.
