That is the point.

If there is nothing to deny, then let the dissenter in suggesting litigation. If the subject suggesting litigation finds that the target is legit, there is nothing to fear from either party. A run and flee by the accuser (sound familiar within the conspiracy movement) is end of story.

Sometimes one takes one step back in self effacement to gain 10 steps forward completing the goal.

Is it just me, or is it just a little too woo- maybe just mini-woo- to try and represent NASA- to try and bring unrelated personal experience into the debate as sort of an irrelevant appeal to authority? It kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth- sort of david carmichael-ish...

Maybe I'm wrong- maybe it's just a generational thing...

Yes, when an organization hires a PR firm in order to enhance its image, the first advice it gets usually is, "Make sure that at any given time you have a few members who are suing you."

Robert, you are not thinking clearly. I think you've been given good advice by some wise people in this thread. I hope you will take it seriously. I'm going to put you on "ignore." No offense intended. I appreciate your desire to stand up for people who've been libeled.

I'm going to have to agree with Totovader & Co. on this one. I think litigation is a complete waste of time and effort. RAMS, if you've got evidence, reason and logic, how about you use them on this forum? Start another website with your stuff and link to Gravy's work and the work of other experts here.

The threats of lawsuits and defamation suits seem like a lot of bluster to me.
