Nah, she's a mink. I am still not sure what activity 'Egaging' is though.

I think Horatius should ask SG for a spell checker in the next update ;)

ETA: I just figured it out. eGaging is the act of suppressing speech on the internet

And that it has room in it's budget to adopt a highway. Then again I guess it could've come from the NATO, back of the sign, directions if you get lost, sticker budget and nobody would be the wiser over at NWO HQ...
