Apparently. If I pull out a gun at the next 4th of July parade it clearly is not a threat so I will use it to wave at the police officers. I wonder how that will go down with them? I'll make sure to quote Cicero denying it is a threat as they cuff me. Hey Cicero, maybe you can be my lawyer?

Lurker doesn't seem to think pulling a gun is more than a "threat." In fact, he says so twice.

Wow! Even when you get an affirmative answer to your question, you are still seething with frustration. Maybe this type of reaction is part of your therapy.

I like how Cicero requires an explicit and specific threat before acknowledging a guy brandishing a gun is actually threatening to shoot someone, but somehow was able to read "seething frustration" in my last post.

And not for nothing, but I think those who deem it appropriate to greet people at the door with a weapon might be the ones struggling with frustration and perhaps require therapy.
