How is he overpaid? Some people are overpaid, because they are given more money than the sum of what they produce. That's the definition of overpaid.
Clooney is not given more money than the sum of what he personally produces.
Your definition of overpaid seems to be based on an imaginary aesthetic, and so far you cannot seem to defend this or even describe it without resorting to a straw man defense concerning the concept of opinions them self. Nobody is challenging the concept of opinions.
