You quoted part of her sentence, and I quoted the whole thing, but I am cherry picking.

The "suggestion" is no more than an attempt to help you understand that the sentence simply connotes the idea that email was not the sole means of communications.

Uh huh, the cover letter to the stack of emails that they finally printed out and sent to the state department was telling the State Department that Hillary sometimes used the phone.

Well, I am certain that Hillary's former assistant Patrick Kennedy appreciated that helpful tidbit.

BWHAHAHA!! "These threads are quite reliable.... spinning and excusing Hillary's latest conduct."

Truer words were never spoken.

Please hilite the statement you believe to be false, and provide evidence of its falsity:

Like Secretaries of State before her, Secretary Clinton at times used her
own electronic mail account when engaging with other officia ls. On
matters pertaining to the conduct of government business, it was her
practice to use the officials' government electronic mail accounts.
Accordingly, to the extent the Department retains records of government
electronic mail accounts, it already has records of her electronic mail
during her tenure preserved within the Department's recordkeeping
systems.

Please hilite the statement you believe to be false, and provide evidence of its falsity:

Like 1Secretaries 2of State before her, Secretary Clinton at times used her own3 electronic mail account when engaging with other officia ls4. On
matters pertaining to the conduct of government business, it was her practice to use the officials' government electronic mail accounts5.
Accordingly, to the extent the Department retains records of government electronic mail accounts, it already has records of her electronic mail during her tenure preserved within the Department's recordkeeping systems6.

So we are off the silly "she some times used her phone" bit? 'k.

1. false, no one else used a private cowboy server that allowed server level deletion of emails.
2. secretaries? untrue, only one and Powell did not exclusively use his private emails.
3. she exclusively used it
4. she emailed Huma on Huma's clintonemails.com address
5. see above number 4
6. Hillary knew that State was not systematically archiving documents during her tenure.

all of these points have been covered by me in this thread.

Not at all, just trying a different tack to try to understand why you keep seeing lies where non exist ... thanks for your response.

1. Since the statement says nothing regarding "private cowboy server that allowed server level deletion of emails." it clearly cannot be a lie

2. Now you want to complain that "at times" means exclusively ? I thought you stated the problem was that was a lie because it didn't say "exclusively" Make up your mind.

3. at times she used her own server is not a lie, even in the case where she didn't use other email. You may desire she worded it differently, but it's not a lie.

4. I'm sure it was only her practice top use officials' government electronic mail accounts when the recipient actually had a GOVT email address, otherwise it would be nonsensical to claim she did the impossible. Please provide evidence Huma had a officials' government electronic mail accounts

5. see 4.

6. Evidence required for you claim of what Hillary knows or does not know

So , there you go. If you can provide some evidence for some of your claimed lies, by golly you may be onto something !

Oh, you mean the article that ends in this paragraph?....

Elijah E. Cummings, the Maryland Democrat and ranking member on the committee, said in a statement that “instead of having emails leaked piecemeal — and mischaracterized,” the committee’s chairman, Mr. Gowdy, “should release all of them — as Secretary Clinton has asked — so the American people can read them for themselves.”

That not only have we seen but have asked you repeatedly about. Why won't Gowdy release the emails he currently has? Is he Ol' Man River... Must know sumpin, but don't say nuthin'?

And has anyone filed a FOIA request for Gowdy's emails from the setting-up of the committee? I'd be particularly interested in anything to the RNC to Beohner or to any current candidate of the GOP and any potential candidate of the GOP or any of those person's supporters, friends or family. Oh, heck. All of his emails, then. Surely Monica Lewinsky's not hiding in there? (Not that I'm saying anything. I'm just asking questions, after all.)

And has anyone filed a FOIA request for Gowdy's emails from the setting-up of the committee?

knock yourself out.

By the way, make sure you ask for Elijah's emails to figure out why he keeps abasing himself for people he is supposed to be "investigating."

Keep carrying that water Elijah.

No answer, so change the subject.

Is it possible that even to you (along with avid readers of the thread) it's obvious that Gowdy's playing a little loose with the facts? Oh, darn. That's right... he has no facts. All those facts are in those deleted emails. And he'll tell us about 'em just as soon as he finds 'em.

I can't wait to see Benghazi!1!! and email-gate have zero affect on her campaign.
If you think about it, this thread is pretty much a mirror of Republican behavior since Obama was elected. Throw **** against the wall and hope something sticks.

It's tough being a Republican these days.

I can't wait to see Benghazi!1!! and email-gate have zero affect on her campaign.

What are you talking about? The OP linked us to revealing polls in Colorado, showing that Clinton trails Paul by 3 points according to Quinnipiac.

A year ago she trailed by 5 points with the same polling company in the same state. -5 is smaller than -3, right? (I can't do conservative math very well. That's why I figured out the '12 election results while Fox was going, "Whatchu talking about, Willis?")

I can't wait to see Benghazi!1!! and email-gate have zero affect on her campaign.

Well, he'd better get busy then.

Hillary Clinton to announce run for presidency on Sunday

Hillary Rodham Clinton will end months of speculation about her political future and launch her long-awaited 2016 presidential campaign on Sunday, according to people familiar with her plans.

The first official word that Clinton will seek the Democratic Party's nomination will come via an online video posted on social media. She'll then make stops in key early voting states, including Iowa and New Hampshire, where she'll hold small events with voters.

OH NOEZ!!1! TEH HILLARYZ!!1! COWBOYZ!!1! HOMEBREWZ!!1! BENGHAZI!!1! ANYTHING!!1!

The Republican circular-firing-squad debates will do more to boost Hillary than anything else. Only about eight months to go now before things start getting serious.

Well Hillary should be fine, she has a "well documented" history of dodging "sniper" fire!

:D

In 2011, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton publicly lauded a Colombian free trade agreement—the same deal she'd condemned as being bad for labor rights back in 2008. So why the change of heart? According to a report from the International business Times, it could be because the country's largest oil company was dumping millions of dollars straight into the Clinton Foundation.

the question for the thread is whether Hillary destroyed emails relating to her dealings with the Clinton Family Foundation, which no doubt would be a major concern where the evidence is pretty clear that she was flip flopping on major issues like this one.

Other than her characteristic flippant comment regarding "yoga" emails she has not deemed to tell the little people just what it was she destroyed.

/Hillary reminds me more and more every day of Putin, doesn't she?

So you've just admitted that the Benghazi investigation IS a fishing expedition.

I suspect most people just rolled their eyes at this nonsense, but I believe it is a real teaching opportunity.

First. I know we talked about it before, but this is a fantastic example of the rule of so: where a response starts out with the word so, 99 times out of 100 what follows is a ridiculous strawman. Zipr's post nails that rule!

Second, not only did I admit nothing, that post had nothing at all to do with Benghazi. What did we learn? That the power of imagination is a powerful thing!

Great example of what not to do Zipr!

You do realize (oh who am I kidding) that The Rule of So is statistically solid in the imagination of the poster here who made it up, right?

Nope, no Benghazi here at all.

You are probably in the wrong thread, perhaps?

I mean that post had nothing to do with Benghazi, and yours was a complete strawman in any event.

To spell this out, Hillary's flip flop on Colombia had nothing to do with Benghazi, heck they are on whole different continents!

Solid post otherwise, tho..

A quick search shows that zooterkin used it as early as 11/2012. I am not representing that he invented it, but it has been around a long time.

Did you search it on this site? Of course you did, you are a "skeptic."
