People with connections get preferential treatment. Nobody needs to coordinate in secret for that to happen, that's just the way everything works now.

That's meaningless if you can't give details.

So... nothing. You have nothing of substance to add. And I can now ignore your objections, because they were never serious.
Indeed

Comey: "no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges in this case."

I win! :p

The FBI Confirms that Hillary lied and lied

Think back to when Hillary humiliated herself at the UN and made a statement about how her emails were handled.

The FBI today confirms that everything she said was a lie.

Unfortunately she was not under oath, so she will likely not be going to prison.

Black day for the Republic

Actually, I love his phrasing on this. No "reasonable" prosecutor.

The implication is that all those who think charges should be brought are unreasonable.

Zing.

Actually, to me it sounds like he is saying, "This was all a big waste of time. We have important things to do, and serious stuff to take care of."

It would be unreasonable, I've been saying it all along, you almost never prosecute people for failure to comply with workplace laws.

As for waste of time, I didn't get that impression. I got more like, "Gawd the State Department was sloppy. You wouldn't catch the FBI being that sloppy," or something to that effect.

Sure. That, plus she actually broke the law, but we don't want to prosecute because reasons.

Besides, regarding " there were no criminal intentions " , whatever happened to " ignorance of the law is no excuse... " ?
They'd have to prosecute half the State Department including many past employees like Colin Powell and Conde Rice's staff if not Rice herself.

Must be disappointing for you that everyone was not outraged at Clinton's actions.

DC Circuit Confirms that work related documents are subject to FOIA

as we all know, Thoroughly Corrupt Clinton decided to set up a completely dysfunctional cowboy server that allowed her to skirt governmental transparency laws and FOIA.

the good news is that governmental transparency advocates are continuing to push back hard, and today comes news of another win:

In a decision Tuesday in a case not involving Clinton directly, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit held that messages contained in a personal email account can sometimes be considered government records subject to Freedom of Information Act requests.

Sounds like we are going to reading more Clinton emails that Hillary thought were gone for good! Fantastic!

The good news is that those same transparency advocates will be on the case and won't let sneering scumbags like Thoroughly Corrupt Hilly off the hook.

You may want to get your hearing checked if that's what you think it sounds like.
