I get botox shots for cervical dystonia, which are the exact same shots in different spots. Mine are in my back, neck, shoulders, and back of my head. Eventually I'll get them in my face for migraine also but the dystonia was so painful and severe we treated this first. I had my second round of shots two weeks ago and yesterday was the first time I did my nail art without agony. (Still hurts pretty bad, but I was in tears before).
