There may be one other goal, namely, to issue what the plaintiffs believe is a "Christian Manifesto." Parts of these documents don't really resemble legal documents. When this case goes down in flames, there will be those who blame the judge. Actually, the lawyers who signed their names to these documents are the ones who really ought to have their feet held to the fire.
