Chemtrails nonsense

I read that in the Korean war pilots would distinguish Sabres from MiG-15s at long range by the smoke in their exhaust. Smoky = Sabre, clean = Mig.

Although chemtrails theories are stupid in essence, as most of the CTs, one still needs to take seriously those who firmly believe these theories, in particular when they send death threats to climate scientists: https://news.vice.com/story/chemtra...ard-scientists-trying-to-fight-climate-change

We have seen with the Pizzagate with Edgar Maddison Welch how far some of these nutcases can go, in particular in countries where they have easy access to letal weapons.

Furthermore a recent Nature article shows that during the last 10 years 60% of the geo engineering discourse on social media has been polluted by CTs views and that 30% to 40% of Americans believe in chemtrails theory or, at least, consider it as "somewhat" true.

Guy at work claims that chemtrails are now some sort of particles being released so that the government can use electromagnetism to control weather. I heard him talking to another guy: "It totally makes sense"

Doomed.

I used to think chemtrails were the stupidest conspiracy theory possible, until the flat earth crap got popular. It's now solidly in second place.
