Believe it or not, apparently they upturned his wheelie bin.

And, before his death, some SNP members had tweeted "pished again?" or "on the bottle" when discussing his frequent absences. Which of course, nobody had ever said about him before.

The Daily Fail has restarted it's anti SNP hate fest today, claiming activists hounded him to drink again. It's getting very predictable.

Presumably their position is that MPs with a drink problem should be allowed to stand unopposed so as to no exacerbate said problem. I can see some unintended consequences arising from that
