House and Senate, as normal, are scheduled to adjourn until after inauguration. I didn't hear anything to keep any sessions open. But these are odd circumstances.

Otherwise, it would come down to Pence and the Cabinet to invoke the 25th. But I think there will be mass resignations tomorrow and a great deal of distrust and render Trump mostly impotent.
