Three eyed baby with two noses? that's nothing. Why not mention siamese twins who are born with two heads attached to one body? that's much more impressive. And unlikely as that may be, it still happened several times in the past and will likely happen again in the future.
Peacecrusader, why not try an experiment for yourself? predict several deformations of new born babies but don't mention where and when those will take place. Search the internet everyday for descriptions of the babies you predicted and see for yourself that there's a good chance one of them will happen SOMETIME, SOMEWHERE.
