I've been trying to puzzle out what you mean by "real orb" here. What's different from other "orb" pictures?

The closest I can come is that you take the appearance of only one orb on your exposure as prima facie evidence it's not rain, dust, or any other artifact. Is that right? The fact that it's "a single orb" is what makes it real?
 
Well I'm hoping Mayday will provide a link to another photo of a 'real' orb so we can see the type of thing she is talking about.

Surely you can do that Mayday? It wouldn't require you scanning anything or uploading anything - just a link to a photo of a genuine orb so we know what you're talking about.

WHAT PICTURES!!!??? Do you expect to just stroll onto this forum, make wondrous claims and expect people to roll on their backs and applaud without demanding to examine your proof? YOU saw apparitions. If we are even to begin to explain them, WE need to see them as well.

I see that we have some here who suffer from skeptimania, it is a pathological condition with some of you. And it's such a shame, you can't see how someone can be agnostic/atheist and still realize it is a good possibility we continue to exist after we croak on this plane.

I mentioned "excess of everything is bad". Both excess of low & more is bad, whether skepticism, beiief or otherwise. HE/MATURE likes balance.

Then start displaying some skepticism. So far you haven't. So far you have only displayed extreme arrogance, extreme ignorance, extreme gullibility, and an astonishing lack of compassion

I have seen many pictures of "ghosts" on countless websites and I can honestly say that 99.9% of them are so lame as to not even merit analysis. And this is coming from someone who is completely open to the idea that ghosts exist. Just show me one scrap of tangible proof, and I'll hop on the bandwagon.

If you have something really good to show us, mayday, then please give us a link. But you'd better not be making a bunch of noises about "proof" if all you've got are a bunch of pictures full of lens flares, murky reflections, and "orbs"--the usual suspects in the realm of ghost hoaxing.

NO, I said I am very skeptic in today's sayings, some homeopathic sayings & their excesses. I m also digging their working, theories, souls/ghosts, disbelief, skepticism etc. What are these?

We can show you pages on ghost hunter sites where people who believe in ghosts describe the kinds of artifacts that can be mistaken for "real" orbs. We can show you warnings about using digital cameras for snapping such pictures. In fact, we have posted such links.

Now, you claim you have a picture of a real orb that is clearly not an artifact. Do you or don't you have such a picture. If you do, is there some reason you don't post it?

Barring that, are you going to tell us how you tell that it's a "real" orb as opposed to a drop of moisture, insect, or dust particle that you didn't notice when you snapped the picture?

Do you really want me to post it? Will you appreciate it? Because it is a pain in the ass to go through all the Kodak pics, then save the pics, then post the pics on my website...all knowing full well that when I post it all the skeptimaniacs will do is tell me it's black when I know that it's white...

I posted some good pics a few years ago that showed clear apparitions and got the same kind of cig smoke fog condensing water responses that I already know I will get before I even go to the trouble of posting anything.
That song by the Kinks is coming to mind now....back where we started, here we go round again....day after day I get up and I say...do it again do it again do it again...:rolleyes:
