California sued for denying existence of Bigfoot

Does anyone else recall the poster who called himself 'Creekfreak'?

This fellow knew that Bigfoot was real and that he actually had physical evidence of Bigfoot and these two people doing the suing sound like much like 'Creekfreak'.

Especially if the canned beans were eaten some hours previous and just now caused an explosion around the campfire!!!!!

I recall Creek insisting that a judge co-witnessed a young bigfoot opening their tent flap and staring at them from mere inches away, and the judge would confirm the sighting except Creek couldn't put anyone in touch with his honor because of reasons Creek couldn't reveal.

Bigfoot's day in court - come on . . .

Better be careful because with the wrong verdict - Bigfoot will never be able to dance again because guilty feet have got no rhythm...;)

(with apologies to George Michael) :o

His photo of a bigfoot next to the helicopter was great!
Ah, the days when hoaxers were entertaining.

For those who weren't around to experience Creekfreak, enjoy.

Now, with most posters I'd assume the word 'flayed' was used metaphorically...
Body of work. Think of it as "reaver justice" - - do anything offensive (*everything* is offensive), and suddenly it's

"If they take the ship, they’ll rape us to death, eat our flesh and sew our skins into their clothing. And if we’re very very lucky, they’ll do it in that order."

What I'm about to tell you is 100% truthful and accurate. Though it happened some time ago when I was in my very early 20s my memory of this event is clear to this day.

Through my teens and early 20s my friends and I enjoyed riding dirt bikes as often as we could. There was a well known ranch, just west of the city, that had acres and acres of tracks, jumps and trails. For a nominal fee you could ride and camp anywhere you wanted. After a hard day of riding it was common to drink a lot of beer then crash in the tent.

One night as the 5 of us lay in the tent nodding off one at a time there came a scream like no other I've ever heard from any human being. Imagine a 12 y/o girl horrified by something and unable to control herself. It came from the guy that had got the spot by the door/flap. He had laid down with his head at the door/flap and feet toward the back of the tent.

Completely freaked out and feeling trapped in the tent we all began yelling .. What!? What's the matter!? All while we scrambled for a source of light.

Then, someone found a light and shone it on the door/flap. And there is was, plain as day.

A cow! It was a working ranch as well and one of the cows had gotten past the fence and stuck it's head in the tent. The guy laying at the door,
after he calmed down and changed his pants, told us that he was almost asleep when he felt this strong, warm and smelly gust of air from just above his head. Oh the laughter and poking of fun went on for years :D

I stand by this story. You may not believe me but it happened and I was there to witness it.

I believe it but you need to tweak one part...

One night as the 5 of us lay in the tent nodding off one at a time
That requires one person to both stay awake the longest and also keep track of each one of the others observing that they all fell asleep in sequence and none were simultaneous. :D

There are thousands of photos. Many if not most have red circles drawn around the Bigfoot because without that you would never know it's a picture of Bigfoot. Thousands.

It's amazing bigfoots can hide so well when all of them are surrounded by bright red circles and arrows.

I believe California does has an anti-SLAPP law. Whether this would apply, I don't know.

Anti-SLAPP laws protect small defendants from wealthier parties using lawsuits to bully them. That wouldn't apply in this case.
