Brother, can you spare the time?

I (or is it "me" :-) the inventor of the "Horuscope clock" would like to re-mind all of youse guys of what most --supposedly well-educated people -- do not these days re-cognize as "local time"... Thus, behold the prophesized legendary time that has come for you professorial types who think you are in the know to re-member the original purpose of phallic symbol-like obelisks (and other upright stones. :-)

To me a post-modern clock would be a peice of paper with:

"The time is a tool of female oppression. Why are you trying to look at three ticking phalluses, you freak?"

written on it.
As it was written, so it has come to pass.
Is this eligible for the million dollar prize?

Jet lag would exist whether or not there was standard time. Your destination will still be at a different time from your departure point.

Mass commuting at the same time.

Nothing to do with standard time.

Daylight saving time desynchronising behaviour from daylight hours.

A mere shift of 15 degrees. What is your evidence that this causes a problem?

Artificial light keeping us up till midnight.

Also nothing to do with standard time.

TV schedules synchronising the watching, eating , socialising times of millions.

And this is a problem because....

There's no doubt that the advent of universal time has had major effects on society and the individuals who form it,

I challenge this assumption. Evidence?

What I am suggesting is that when sun dials were introduced a few thousand years ago (as per the myth of Chronos usurping Uranus), and when the clock was introduced six hundred or so years ago, and when "standard time" was introduced a hundred or so years ago, each of those changes in our habits and perspectives pushed our bodies and psyches further and further away from being synchronized with a more "natural" sky time.

Neither sun dials (which were entirely, by their very design, based on natural time) nor clocks (which were set from sun dials) could possibly have affected our "synchronization with natural time" since they were set to "natural" time. Standard time is the only thing that caused a shift away from "natural" time and that only by a few degrees. And you have yet to provide any evidence whatsoever that there is even a reason to think it might be a problem.

BTW, it is my hope that if such movements away from "natural time" are causing problems per our bodies and psyches, my Horuscope "timewholes" (as opposed to timepieces) will assist in some kind(s) of resynchronization(s).

Ah, you're selling something. Explains everything. Get a sundial and set your watch by it. Problem solved. No need for "timewholes" whatever the hell they are.

BTW2, I am currently exploring with a medical research institute how such research might be conducted?

Good. Come back when you actually have something to support your argument.

How about a subjective judgement? We've been standardising time zones for over 100 years. Life got lots better during that time. What's your problem?.

The is no time but 4-Sided Cube Time!

You only THINK in terms of 2-sided Evil time because You are educated as a stupid android slave to the evil Word Animal Singularity Brotherhood!

So there. Put that in your "Horuscope clock" and smoke it.

IDIOTS! You have all been educated stupid by the Jews!
