Jeff Rische complains to the Seattle Weekly that Sen. Maria Cantwell is not returning his calls in regards to 9/11.

I'm very, very, very surprised and shocked that she's so far refusing to to return my calls and emails," says Rische. "I thought that providing information to my Senator would be enough that she would say 'OK, you're right, this is worth looking into.' We first gave this to her in February. What's a reasonable amount of wait time?

they have important things to deal with. budget deficits, lay-offs, crumbling bridges, etc.

i wasted some 3 years looking into it. Until i realized i have fallen for a bunch of liars.

If this is so obvious to you, then what is YOUR explanation why the senator is ignoring Jeff, and why as a general rule just about everybody who can actually DO something is ignoring the "truth movement" and has been since 9-11?

Doesn't that make you at least go, "hmmmm" just a little? What will it take for you folks to start thinking, "hey, you know, maybe this "inside job" thing isn't as compelling as we think it is"...

Jeff Rische tells Seattle Weekly that he gave a "full presentation of the facts" to Sen. Cantwell's staff back in February and that one of her staffers, Ken Pierce, said "wow, wow, wow, this is fascinating" and told him that he'd give the news straight to the Senator and that he should expect a call back soon.

I don't know how much Cantwell is paying Pierce, but the guy is the ultimate PR flack. To say that with a straight face is a rare skill indeed.

Elected officials will become interested in 9-11 truth as soon as they feel they can gain some political capital from it. That's why a tiny fringe among those running for office are interested in 9-11 truth: It gives them a feeling of beeing a little more important because their vote increases from 0,1% to 0.3%.
