Merged Boston Marathon CTs

so has Bing, the ONLY two hits for Shitat Mazliach (copied and pasted from your post) on either Google or Bing are two two JREF threads where YOU invoked the term.

which makes me think you're misspelling it, if it even exists. Unless you can provide a link to where someone else used it, perhaps spelled correctly, then some people might think you're just making it all up.

Try it with Yahoo. It worked yesterday with Bing. Hurry the results are dwindling.

The issue is you are advancing with the idea there are shared premises - that don't exist.

So it's "disgusting" - IF there really was an attack with real victims.

That ISN'T a shared premise though, so isn't it obvious how they could dismiss it with "such ease"?

To them they are doing all of us a service as they show us the LIES we believe - internally there is no moral problem posed by their ideas because there is no one to TRULY feel sympathy for.

The problem is your understandable emotional reaction to the challenge of these ridiculous ideas is to ascribe the worst motivations to your antagonists. Everyone rationalizes their actions and beliefs, you me and all of them in Tinfoilville.

The really sad thing is in their heads - they are actually HELPING us all by telling us about how the victims were actors in Sandy Hook or Boston, or that no jews died on 9/11...

I think its emotionally satisfying to castigate the CTers for some of the moral problems introduced by their ideas - but its hard to extend all the way into their minds and castigate them for being heartless, when they are rationalized such that their ideas don't carry anywhere near the same harm as they do to others who don't share their bizarre view of the world. Probably in their day to day lives they are just as much the loving people to those around them as you and I are with our families.

The best analog is Religion - some religious ideas are very harmful, but try getting that across to a True Believer.

any conspiracy theorist who would dismiss the suffering- or existence of those killed or survivors who were traumatized by 9/11, the Sandy Hook shooting or the Boston marathon bombings are indeed insane, not to mention scum.

What do you mean be " IF there really was an attack with real victims."?

Names are not respelled and misspelled, not with computers. Paperwork is required to "respell a name."

Clayton get real. I know very well how my name got misspelled. I made the reservation online but waited until I showed up at the airport, at the airline counter, to obtain my boarding pass. The ticket agent was looking directly at my passport while typing out my boarding pass and apparently made a typo. Next in line was my wife, who's boarding pass had her last name spelled correctly.

Guilty of copying and pasting an incorrect spelling.

Kinda funny that you're tussling over a spelling mistake involving a computer just one post after claiming that there's no way Tamerlan's name could have been misspelled in this digital age, don't you think?

an superior of mine at work consistently misspells my last name everytime he has to ship a piece of equipment to me from his office in Calgary. This despite the fact that he has access to a common Outlook address book from which he could create a mailing label and thereby get it right!

An that's it?

There is one individual who seems to run cluesforum I would happly apply a tazer to his balls If I ever met him :Simon Shack his name. Seems to be some kind of minor demi God for CT'ers.

whoosh! and over his head it goes.

My favorite part was where he completely ignored the post proving his lack of critical thinking, and instead chose to attack the next post where someone was elaborating on their previous post (albeit in a disjointed way).

The Tsarnaev brothers seem to have had two cars, a 1999 green Honda Civic and a 1967 white Mercedes-Benz station wagon. Jahar nervously picked up the later from an auto body shop the day after the bombings but they only seem to have used the newer car. Has anyone seen any reports about happened to the Mercedes? If they just dumped it why did Jahar make such a point of getting it back?
