While that's true you'd expect that a group so aggressively claiming their defence of the 1st Amendment would uphold those same values in their organisation.

I think that's what I was trying to get at with the OP.

Clearly, we're missing the real challenge of the Loose Change Forum, which is not to get banned. Someone should see how long they can stay there, making comments, and not get thrown out.

I'll admit I'm not exactly sure how anyone would do this. You'd have to pose as a sort of pseudo-woowoo, inserting subtle wedges in their little brains.

I tried to do that. I started off just trying to make a few friendly suggestions as to how they might better try to convince people, but the almost constant stupidity, blatant mistakes and lying broke down my defences. I just had to say something! And I wasn't even going out of my way to find such things, they were all over pretty much every active thread.

And I didn't even get banned! Just a lousy suspension, with no notice or explanation....
