Months ago Bobby was telling everyone that covid is real. But now he's in bed with the covid deniers, who he hopes will buy his magic letters.

He openly lamented the illnesses and deaths of friends and family while he urged people to practice safe hygiene.

He even went so far as to solicit funds for the manufacture of a low cost respirator and lambasted governments for not producing a vaccine more quickly!

It is not that I do not trust science. I do.

Not so much that you refrain from posting outright lies about Canada's response to the pandemic. Not so much that you don't share purposefully misleading posts about the nature of the virus and the society's attempt to contain it. The plain truth is you don't know any more about science than you do the law.

However, I do not trust government, and they are abusing science to try and justify the removal of our rights and an increase in their powers.

Right on cue you show us how uneducated you are, Bobby. There is no right to infect others with a deadly virus.

Or am I not looking in the right place? Maybe such a right is enunciated in your new book. ..which never seemed to get published, as promised.

They are not even being truthful about what it is I distrust.

Bobby announces this and that but never does anything.

No Artist Valley. No book. A podcast?

Years ago he used to make attempts at starting projects. They never got anywhere. Then he had a period during which he'd steal the intellectual property of existing companies (company names and pictures of products) and, while seeking investors, post the pilfered material so as to make it seem he was making something. My guess that Bobby stopped the scams only after the companies he was stealing from were informed of the theft and he got cease and desist letters he couldn't jive talk away.

Now his ruse is to announce projects, phony up big plans and never do anything more than several 12 oz. curls. Careful to avoid using the product names of real companies he avoids getting nasty letters like he did from Real 3Games and Imaginarium.

Of course Bobby's still seeking investors.

I urge anyone who, over the years, has lost money by investing in one of Bobby's phony projects to contact an attorney. I think it is possible to prove that most of the activities Bobby said were occurring (meetings with banks, investors, local officials, etc.) never happened.

I believe individuals and families harmed by Menard's phony investments should consult with attorneys as to whether his actions constitute fraud.

First Bobby told everyone he had a way to restore the parental rights of fathers who had lost their children to the courts. But it turned out Bobby couldn't even get Elizabeth Anne back. . .not that she was his child in the first place.

It turns out Bobby was no help at all to the parental rights movement.

Then he started telling stories that all anyone had to do upon being stopped by a cop for minor infractions like drinking in public was to announce that he was a freeman and the cop would be forced to let him go. Dozens tried the ploy. It never worked. And poor old Bobby couldn't even make it work for himself.

Again, Robert was no help.

Next Bobby started telling everyone he had a way to get their power and light bills paid. It never worked, not even for Bobby. . . not that Couch Surfing Bobby ever had a light bill to pay.

Once again, Menard couldn't deliver.

Then Bobby said he could create his own peace officer corps (the 3CPO) and any officer in the corps who got stopped by the cop's could I.D. himself as a "3CPO", say he was investigating a crime, and even arrest cops who didn't buy the tale. The fantasy landed the Nanaimo Three in jail and Bobby himself got busted for playing cop in Toronto.

Yet again, Robert failed miserably!

Three different times he told subscribers that for a $2,000 subscription and $250 monthly fee he could get them $2,500 in consumer goods free every month. It never happened.

There are still "subscribers" who to this day would like to get their money back from Failure Bob.

Not content with going zero-for-life last year Bobby told a puppy mill owner in Bathurst that she could ignore any dog breeding statutes she didn't like. Her kennel was shut down and she and her partner go to trial this spring.

This time Failure Bobby helped kill some little ole puppies!!

Twice now Bobby has tried to start freeman communities (Freeman Valley & Artist Valley). Where the start up money went for these "projects" is not known.

But we know that Farmer Bobby failed.

Now Bobby's telling anti-vaxxers and anti-maskers that his common law instructions can help them.

Bobby can't help ya', folks. He's life long loser.

That's a classic. But there isn't enough bandwidth here to catalogue all his failures.

In years past Bobby's MO was to find an aggrieved population and pretend he had an answer to their problems. He moved from group in the hopes nobody would notice that the last group got bad advice at $800 a pop.

But now he's in the big pond of anti-vaxxers and anti-maskers, where he's not the "director" of anything. He's just a little fish and that must burn his narcissistic arse.

He's stuck in his complaining phase of his schtick because he knows in the end he can't do diddly for anybody who loses their job because they didn't get vaccinated. He can't do squat for folks who can't get in a Toronto McDonalds 'cause they ain't got the shot.

As readers may recall a few years ago Bobby Menard illegally appropriated the name of a German video game company, Real 3Games, in order to make one of his entrepreneurial efforts (also a video game company) seem real.

After this clear infringement of international copyright law was exposed Bobby turned right around an used the name of an Italian toy company, Imaginarium, to brand his very next entrepreneurial project.

Ever the slow learner Bobby has named his latest project, Artist Valley, in a manner remarkably similar to “Artist of the Valley” a TV reality show mini-series. One might also suspect Bobby borrowed the idea of his project being part of a TV reality series from the folks at “Artist of the Valley”.

It seems the folks producing “Artists in the Valley” are well aware of Bobby’s latest project.

Not long ago Bobby said he had a wood working business which he advertised by posting high quality pictures of products which looked clearly to be outside his ability to produce and so photograph.

Predictably, the business went nowhere.

When, weeks later, a follower asked him what happened to the business Bobby opined that the shop in which he was doing the work had been shut down by the covid virus.

One wonders if the “papers” Bobby pretended he was to have delivered to him a few days ago were merely cease and desist letters from lawyers representing one of business from which he’s stolen intellectual property?

Could it be that since nothing ever happens with Bobby’s projects the folks running the businesses he steals from are quickly satisfied he’s just hot air and leave him alone as did Real 3Games and Imaginarium?

That way Small-Time-Bobby is free to move on to the next project, pretending he’s a freeman entrepreneur?

Desperate for some cred in the anti-vaccine community Bobby posts a YouTube chock full of conspiracy theories regarding vaccine passports:

It's obvious that Bobby doesn't want be truthful about vaccine passports which are not all-controlling microchips, but rather a simple paper cards (or phone apps) proving people have tested negative for or been immunized against covid-19.

Setting aside Bobby's manipulative palter it should be clear that he has mindlessly projected his need to control onto the larger society.

Bobby's the one who's tried to set up communities (freeman valley and artist valley) in which he would enforce his freeman rules.

He's the one who tried three times to set up a consumer purchasing federation (ACCP) which would have controlled the purchasing power of its members.

He's the one who pretended to have a private police force which could arrest anyone at any time he deeded necessary. It's worth noting Bobby never bothered to propose a court system to deal with those he claimed the authority to arrest.

Bobby is the one who claimed the authority to re-write Canada's constitution as he sees fit!
