Right. Bobby ain't that smart.
Each and every one of his freeman schemes was borrowed from a detaxer or sovcit he'd found on the internet. David Lindsay, Eldon Warman, Elizabeth Croft, Russell Porisky, Winston Shrout and a handful of others all had their theories grafted wholesale into freeman theology as Bobby pretended the theories sprang from his fezzed forehead.
But now that Moosehead Man's freeman string has run out he's reduced to slinging the latest anti-vax conspiracy theories against the wall to see which ones stick.
It's the same routine he ran in the early 2000's. When he saw a theory becoming popular he wrapped it up and sold it.
We have yet to see what package he's going to try to sell to the anti-vax community. . .but we know he's late to the game. The anti-vax subculture is already well formed and Menard comes off like a fat, old, drunken hanger-on who is waaaaay past his prime.

Eldon Warman was awesome in his determination to screw up his life and those around him. I miss that guy for the sheer "Cant turn away from a Train Wreck" entertainment.
Menard is just a loudmouth loser who has accomplished nothing besides getting others in trouble. C'mon Bobby man up and lets see your words in action! Mesmerize those judges with your brilliance and fantastic intellect!
The masses await their new leader since Diludo won't be doing much these days.

Bobby and Eldon's paths crossed late in Eldon's life. According to some folks who witnessed their interactions Bobby said everything he could to pretend he wasn't borrowing Eldon's ideas wholesale.
Bobby knew enough to realize he had to pretend he could make freemanism work and he knew he couldn't do that if people figured out he was going down the same road as a crazy arse old coot who had ruined his family and lost his fortune.
The realization that he had to put on a show (read:lie) is one of the reasons Bobby has so any tall tales. He claims to have rich friends. . .to have successfully defended little old ladies. . .and brow-beat countless cops. Even his entrepreneurial shtick was all show and no go.
Back in the day, as part of his image, Bobby managed to have a clean outfit and a snappy fez that he wore during his lectures and YouTubes. The idea was to give out a message that said "you can be like me if you buy my materials".
But people caught on. The projects never went anywhere. Followers got busted. So did Bobby. He got dumpy and started showing up high or drunk.
A few months ago during an attempted come back he reverted to form and showed up drunk for a Beth Martens zoom style interview.
My guess is that now he's trying to make splash with anti-vaxxers hoping that in the internet age nobody in that subculture will catch on that he's a zero-for-life juicehead who never met a self-aggrandizing lie he didn't like.
So in his own way he's ending up like Warman!

Now that's a name I haven't heard in a while. Though that might be because he's dead....
Eldon died back in May of 2017*. He passed without notice from sovcits or freemen, which doesn't say much for the subculture.
Warman ended up with the few family members who could stomach his crazy ways. Many relatives hated the old man's guts owning to his role in his first wife's suicide.
The story doesn't bode well for Bobby. He's in his late 50's and has for decades been bonging and boozing his way into some real health problems. As far as anyone can tell he hasn't planned or done anything in preparation for his old age.
He's worn out his welcome with his sisters and his freeman buds, who give him "likes" today, but are likely to throw him to the curb as soon as they realize the relationship involves giving him rides to chemo in the harsh Canadian winter.

You have to pay him in worthless fiat before he looks into the case. It also has to tax his brilliance in law matters. Lastly, a prepayment of Mooseheads and an ounce or two of artificial joy is required.
So looks like Bobby will do his best and fail spectacularly if he decides to stay sober long enough to care.
Bobby used to be able to sell his magic letters by pretending he had made them work. He'd make up tall tales about browbeating cops or backing down small town governments, or some such thing.
He never gave the details. The gullible never asked and he sold a few packages of magic letters.
The problem he has now is that the news in Canada is filled with stories of anti-vaxers and anti-maskers getting tossed out of McDonalds or sent home from work while they make unsuccessful arguments nearly identical to Bobby's, i.e. saying they have a right to go maskless or refuse to be vaccinated or tested in the work place.
So while there may be a bigger pool of potential clients around for Bobby, the job of selling his woo has become much more difficult.
Menard's zero-for-life batting average doesn't help either.

He may be on to something this time though. The antivaxxers are the dumbest of the dumb and probably have a few bucks to toss his way.
Problem is that antivaxxers get fewer and fewer as the virus cuts into his rubes. He's getting while the getting good it seems.
He's still an idiot loser though.
Well, there are quite a few folks chiming in at his Facebook page. Some with some pretty looney ideas.
If Bobby is smart he'll incorporate any client's stories into his string of anonymous tall tales. He made a major mistake using Lisa Chamberlain's name in one of stories. Once Bobby ran his mouth about her situation it was easy to check out the facts. When it came to making a difference in her case Bobby was like a tick on an elephant.
She goes to court again in April and I predict it will be another bad day for Bobby.

In a similar vein Bobby never went anywhere with his law studies. He learn just enough to sound somewhat believable to the gullible. How many times has he started a freeman legal advice service? I can't count them all.
My suspicion is that in his youth Bobby used the I-have-great-idea ploy in an attempt to get the kind of attention his older sisters got by actually achieving something.
It wasn't about smarts. It was about filling the empty hole in his wounded little ego. I suspect that since his mamma died when he was young and since he was the last kid (a boy finally) born to an old man there just wasn't enough gas left in the parental tanks to straighten out the Menard's problem child.
So Bobby just kept lying like a ten year-old, even when his grew up.
But down deep Bobby knows that eventually folks catch on. . .his old clients, business partners, subscribers. . .even his old daddy caught on. Because there is no "there" there Bobby has to keep looking for new suckers. . .people who want herb supplements. . .folks in trouble with the law. . .artists. . .restauranteurs . . . craftsman. . .movie makers. . .video gamers. . .consumers. . .wannabe cops. . .investors. . .dog breeders. . .anti-vaxxers. . .and on and on.
It's not smart. It's desperate and sad.

I don't believe welfare because he seems to change residencies in different provinces quite often. But it is possible but I think he lives on the goodwill of his rubes and occasional legal scamming. His grand projects that fail regularly might bring in some cash before the donors wise up.
It's a wonder how he can afford the beer and weed though. They are expensive in every province.
Menard used to house sit. He also bragged about his bartering skills.

Drunk and fat was Bobby's way of going through life.
Not so long ago Bobby was hawking shares in a budget respirator, was telling his followers covid was real and lambasting the powers that be for being too slow and too profit orientated in the development of the vaccine.
But now that there's an angle to play the ole son is up to his tricks.
And ya' gotta' figure that between public schools, the army, his stint working it restaurants and every free clinic he could find Bobby's has had his share of vaccines. . .none of which he said boo about as long as he figured they'ed keep him upright for the next kegger.
