Let's not forget that Bobby has penchant for pretending to have associations with reputable organizations and companies. As mentioned earlier in the Quatloos post above he completely faked the team he said was building the RoboBreath ventilator.

He just plain stole the name of a German gaming company, Real 3Games, and portrayed their staff as his associates.

And who can forget the time he forged a letter from an Irish law firm claiming the firm supported his freeman legal woo?

Our friends over at Quatloos have done some research and have discovered that Bobby is claiming an association with a "North Star Strategies".*

A company by that name has been informed of Bobby's activities in the event he has appropriated their name in an attempt to fake credibility.

Readers may be wondering what Freemen method Menard claims to have used to get all this student debt dismissed.

After a little searching I found one Bobby follower, Belinda Lydia Saulnier, who years ago claimed to have her student debt and her federal tax obligations dismissed using Bobby's magic letters.

In the Facebook chat of 2014-205 during which Robert tried to sell his ACCP scam we see Belinda trying to establish Bobby's credibility by bragging about how he helped her get out from under her student loan debt and tax obligations.

Belinda Lydia Saulnier . . . if not for Rob there would be so many things I don't know. I got student loans and tax to leave me alone.

Belinda Lydia Saulnier I stopped doing taxes and sent letters out and no reply from tax man. So, even my skeptic hubby seen it happen and no jail time.

Belinda Lydia Saulnier . . . I just send a basic letter to the bank, collector, student loans, cra and anyone else who was involved in the loan and the taking of my returns. It requested the initial amount of the loan, payments made and the current balance. All by registered, signed for mail and I got a few photocopies from the bank I signed with that you can't really see and that was it. The government I had telling me I owed money to was not responding to my request for information on how much I owned them. Lmfao...BINGO!

This is Bobby's old trick of foisting a unilateral assertion or demand upon whichever authorities his clients/mark are dealing with.

Despite having signed a student loan agreement and being subject to Canadian tax law Belinda follows Bobby's instructions and sends out letters to the banks and the CRA requiring specific Bobby-correct actions.

When the bank sends her a copy of the loan agreement she signed and the CRA ignores her demands Belinda declares victory citing a violation of Bobby's magic version of contract law.

One suspects that subsequent letters from the bank requesting payment of the student loan were likely dismissed as the rantings of incompetent functionaries. Possible CRA letters, requests and audits were likely similarly dismissed.

We never hear if Belinda and her put upon husband were able to get credit cards or a home loan after destroying her credit rating (the ACCP was supposed to take care of all that).

And we never heard if the CRA caught up with her.

Is Bobby looking for new clients?

After a couple of bad years which included a drunken interview with Beth Martens, the failed Artist Valley scam, the courtroom drubbing of a couple of his Bathurst clients, the revelation of his "triumphant stories" as lies and a pathetic attempt to co-op the Ottawa trucker's protest Bobby went into a sort of hiding.

Now, after suffering a case of narcissistic shock, Bobby, like Muhammed emerging from the cave, has returned as a sort of spiritual being.

A visit to our subject's newly reactivated Facebook page suggests he's now all about protecting the rights of divergent thinkers, ADHD sufferers, the impulsive, those with addictive personalities. . .all while he rails against conformity.

Is our boy out of scams, or is he just looking for a new clientele?

Bobby's always liked to opine that divergent thinking and bohemian life styles are golden. He is the guy who defended Nazi apologists on his WFS forum saying such nonsense was nothing more than thinking in new ways!

But the truth is that core belief freemanism isn't about divergent thinking. It is the long held anarcho-libertarian belief that one can dismiss any law one hasn't agreed to follow.

So let's see what Bobby's sales pitch will be to the new marks. . .

Our boy opines that a woman's right to control their reproductive system isn't really freedom because women having babies forces men to pay child support.

On his Facebook page he creates a phony little debate:

Me: And if she decides to keep it, the man is responsible for child support for 18 years? His body is not his for 18 years and he has no choice but to work his body to support your choice?

Her: Men have to be responsible for their actions!

Me: But you are claiming that we have to be responsible for the decisions women make when we have no say in those decisions. What happened to my body my choice when it comes to working for 18 years to support your choice?

Watching this contrived, fictional debate is a hoot, especially when you consider Bobby's gutless and irresponsible actions regarding the baby Elizabeth Anne, who years ago he claimed guardianship of.

In typical Bobby fashion he didn't do much of anything to make a safe home for the child. But he was certain to go on a years long "It-ain't-fair" crying jag when the woman's family and child protective services had the good sense to kick him out of the house.

And Bobby being Bobby, he went on the create a little "society" that sold useless advice to men experiencing child custody problems.

What a grifter!

Over on his Facebook page Bobby's really going on and on about child support and how unfair he thinks it is that a biological father has to pay child support for a child he helped create, but never "contracted" to support.

This is Bobby taking his all-law-is-contract-law to extremes.

I did a little digging and it's plausible that Bobby could still be on the hook for at least part of Elizabeth Anne Eliane's child support.

Over the years we have seen Bobby get a knot in his tail about this or that seemly obscure legal issue only to find out later that the issued in question involved him directly.

Wouldn't it be fitting for Bobby to get his arse handed to him over the matter that got him started in the guru business in the first place?

Menard's Elizabeth Anne story doesn't pass the smell test. Child protective services don't remove children from homes just because there's only one care giver. If they did there won't be single moms.

Family protection agencies are usually very happy when parents get their stuff together & start doing what's best for the children. So if Menard was the wonderful dad he claims, what's was the problem?

Of course it's possible Menard ran into one of the few ministry workers who aren't doing as they are supposed to. If that was the case he should have had an open & shut case against the ministry of children and families that he, in his brilliance, could have won in his sleep. Why didn't he win at the hearing? If he was too messed up to parent, why didn't he get his **** together? He says he loves the child!

Could there be another explanation?

Could it be that Menard was unfit to raise the child and the unflinching recognition of that reality by the Ministry of Children and Families sent him into a serious episode of narcissistic shock? A shock he recovered from by making up an alternate Elizabeth Anne story. A shock he dealt with by getting a little fez and playing guru to the gullible?

Elizabeth Anne dodged a bullet there. Could you imagine living with a bloviating grifter all those years? Moving from couch to couch instead of a stable household?

IANAL but here in ontario, all cases of child endangerment, seizure and foster are automatically put under a publication ban. Bobby would need to apply to the courts to publish any information about that situation. Doing so without court approval puts you in the crowbar hotel.

The wife is (was, retired now) a law clerk and handled many family court cases. All that matters is the children and whiny man-babies and crybaby women are ignored.

I used to think there was a thread of truth to Menard's original story. But he has told soooo many outright lies over the years that I have to wonder if he didn't make almost all of this up.

The first tip off his that the original Bobby-story is chock full a self-aggrandizing details.

He ID'ed two different case workers in a couple of his early writings and then stopped doing so. So it's possible he just flew under the court's radar.

Or maybe he got a warning and buckled under when realized he was looking at real trouble. Let's not forget this is the guy whose only legal strategy is to flee the jurisdiction.

All of his stories about the incident cast him in a very favorable light. He says he magically knew Megan was pregnant upon meeting her, long before she knew she was with child. . . .then he forgot the narrative and inferred he was the child's father.

Then he said he helped Megan get clean and sober before the child's birth and was building a future for his little family.

You can always tell when Bobby has a story. He sounds like a ten year-old making up stories about how great he is.

Back in the early 2000's people who knew Bobby speculated that Megan's parent's stepped in and made sure the authorities knew about the home situation. Folks in the know speculated that drugs abounded in the home and that Bobby was abusive. My guess is Megan didn't mind having Bobby out of her life. . .and that only added to his narcissistic shock

That speculation fits with the fact that the ministry of children and families got Elizabeth Anne out from under Bobby's clutches in a New York minute.

He may have lied in a way we never suspected.

Bobby's daddyhood claims got trashed when Elizabeth got adopted.

Bobby knew full well that another "daddy" had, or would soon have, parental rights to Elizabeth. He didn't talk about the adoption in his rants because he figured it would be easier sell himself as a victim of evil government rather than a layabout loser daddy wannabe

It's worth noting that skimming money off the top of an endeavor is a classic Menardian move!

Or has the movement kicked the old man to the curb such that he never got a dime out of the protest money?
