See, absent evidence that there is a problem then the only possible explanation is intentional disenfranchisement. Oh, and please note, there are plenty of Republican Governors and DAs, prosecutors, investigators, etc.. and they are not filling the jails up with illegal voters. There just isn't any reason to believe this anything other than a cynical move.

Just for giggles, would you mind stating your degrees in field for history. I ask, because all the ones listed are considered to be civilizations by those persons who study same - and who do so from a rather large sets of POVs. Note also that the list you are attacking (and which is quite accurate regardless) is barely hitting the top civs. There are a number more which I suspect would also not meet your personal definitions. Problem is your personal definition of what is required to make a civilization does not mean squat compared with the real historians. Any rectum may have an opinion, but that does not make their opinion of any consequence..........*

Btb, only one of my books on history contains any bloodstains - I got a papercut somewhere around the 18th Century in the Durant's H. of C. set. back in the 60s.

Most of them were teetering on the edge of failure more often than not. Their cultural influence after conquest has been minimal, compared to the Asian and African civilizations I named.

The more inclusive and diverse civilizations have usually survived best. We are merely an extension of the European empires of old. Tyhat we adopt so many traits, traditions and innovations from other cultures makes us a lot more interesting from an artistic and cultural perspective. Our plitical system should take that into account.

Hint: the fact that aliens and criminals robotically vote Democrat does not magically qualify as a rational reason to let them vote.
