It was after Biden's short 'surprise' speech yesterday to media in Delaware County, PA where he wanted to clear up his stance on fracking. He is talking to reporters and field office workers and not at the podium they had set up.

Someone moves the reporters out even while he is still forming his answer. They are walking away while Joe is still talking. It was weird.

eta 2: Found the live clip from Australian news. Everything looks relatively normal til the last 20 seconds or so.

Reporters do not walk away as the likely next leader of the free world is speaking. Maybe bad or lazy reporters?
I think a better reason is that the group was crowding too close together to hear him since he had no mic on.

I don't know what happened after that clip, but that clip does not match Trump's description of it.

The cool thing about Trump is that he never has those moments where he pauses when putting together an answer to a difficult question, because Trump just never thinks about what he says. He spews forth. If you actually try to parse his sentences afterwards and put them together into a coherent thought, you can't really do it, because one isn't necessarily related to another, but there's no hesitation about them.

While he was waiting for people to set up the podium and clear an area and get things organized, Biden got out and was chatting with some of his local organizers. Some members of the press captured his chat. Biden wasn't talking to the press at that point.

When things got set up, people were getting the press moved into position for the statement. Press members can be seen turning off their cameras and moving toward the front of the podium.

While the press is getting into position, Biden is finishing up his chat with the organizers and supporters. Biden then walks to the podium and gives his statement to the press.

Well at this point, he should not only call time out, he should be instantly fouling Biden every time he has the ball.

Yes, he was lying...or at least he told the story different than the facts in the video. I did not claim otherwise.
I specifically stated that Biden was NOT at the podium.
Previous posters did not know what the video was but I had seen it so I provided it so they could see it for themselves. I thought it looked weird that they walked off (being told to get behind the line while he was still talking) and maybe that it was social distancing. It makes more sense now that someone explained that it was before he spoke. He usually arrives and goes straight to speaking. I guess they didnt have things ready for him.

It's hardly a big deal.

This isn't just a case of Trump noticing what happened in that video and lying about what it was. There's no resemblance between the two at all, so there's no reason to think the video we've been shown here was what he was lying about. It's like hearing somebody tell a story about his/her cat and then saying "I found it; here it is" and showing video of a car race. Whether the original speaker's cat story was true or not, the car race isn't what (s)he was talking about.
