Hailing from England and having earned no university degrees of his own, the Beatle may not know W. was the first American president to earn a master’s degree in business administration. (The fact the MBA is from Harvard really irks the left.) Not to mention Bush is married to a librarian.​


So really, all this was was a rather shameful display of ignorance on Mr. McCartney's part. Nothing surprising about it, really.

And since when does complimenting one president specifically say something negative about another, particularly since there have been 9 presidents since Paul McCartney got godlike levels of fame for his music?

Bush got into Yale because of his dad's influence and I thought he was a self admitted slacker during college.

Being a college grad is not a guarantee of having a broad intellectual background just as not going to college is not a guarantee one is not well versed in intellectual endeavors. I think it's pretty well established Bush was not known for having much "curiosity" about the world.

Reading a lot is not relevant either if all you read are comic books. This is an interesting commentary about Bush's prolific reading as claimed by Rove (if you believe it is the truth and not just a campaign image).

Paul continues to remind us he was never the funny Beatle.

"Many years ago, I was fishing, and as I was reeling in the poor fish, I realised, 'I am killing him – all for the passing pleasure it brings me'. Something inside me clicked. I realised as I watched him fight for breath that his life was as important to him as mine is to me."

That vegan diet has not only killed off too many brain cells, but it has turned his hair the same color as Donald Trump's.

I have to strongly disagree with your sentiment regarding ...Wonderful Christmastime. That is a great Christmas song, in fact it is a classic. I know because my children tell me so, and children know Christmas.

That says more about you than it does about Sir Paul. Considering the OP was about a cheap shot, you nailed it in one with the Trump stinker.
