A truther believes in some kind of government conspiracy. That's what separates a truther from a garden-variety critic or skeptic of government action and policy.

You were arguing for LIHOP, but Barbra's statements do not qualify for LIHOP.
Therefore you have nothing but supposition and inference..... hardly a slam-dunk.

Skeptics at JREF rightly want you to produce a real, bonafide LIHOP or MIHOP statement from Ms. Streisand (not Mrs. Streisand, btw - she kept her maiden name).
Until you can do that, your OP fails to meet fair criteria. Sorry 'bout that!

Babs' recommendation of "House of Bush, House of Saud" is even more of an affirmative endorsement for 911 woo than Mr. Streisand saying, ""And for starters, can I tell you to have a look at www.911weknow.com?

Actually, it is Regnad Kcin who is obsessed with Babs & Penn. He is the one who demanded this thread.

But as far as the predominate ideology in the troother contingent, it is undeniably left.

Maybe the celebs that embrace the Truth Movement such as David Lynch, Charlie Sheen, Bruce Willis, Aaron Russo, Ed Asner, Micahel Moore, Rosie O’Donnell, Jesse Ventura, Woody Harrelson , Willie Nelson, Marion Cotillard, Janeane Garofalo, etc, might come on the JREF and they can be challenged on their beliefs.

Not bloody likely. (Russo is dead, btw, so his appearance here would be a real event. And Bruce Willis? I thought he was a republican... and who the hell is Marion Cotillard?)

You "point" being, I assume, is that these forums are full of liberals who will defend political woo if it comes the left in which case that that assertion would have to be proved and would belong on a different sub-forum.

If Mr. Streisand is a truther, it doesn't necessarily make Babs one. Like I said before, my parents are case in point.

As for the House of Bush, House of Saud book, I glanced at the wiki for the book and the author and neither seem to point to LIHOP belief.

The list clearly says "celebs," not libs. Ventura's political association is the MNIP. He is not a conservative.
