Apparently not all of them feel this way:

Although there is unfettered travel between Java and Bali, and there are a lot of non-Balinese Indonesians there, I believe you are right about the feeling of relief (if not joy) by the vast majority of Balinese.

I would still travel to Bali to support these wonderful people.

I was responding to the part of your post which said "Apparently not all of them feel this way", which was itself a response to a post about the feelings of Hindu Balinese.

What else was I supposed to think your use of the word "them" referred to?

Go to Bali and you improve the IQ of this country while you are there, we have beautiful places and it helps Australia to spend your money here. Indo. thinks it owns Aus down to the 20 th parallel taking in Townsville. They teach that in their schools and I have seen the map. The top of Aus. is called Southern Irian to them and they don't like us, just our wallets. I shake my head at dumb Australians going any where near them. We can't sell any machinery to them as they have a big fat tariff on our stuff. Proved how much they love us when they killed so many and still you promote Bali.? Ok the Balinese are not Indo's but are under there rules. Back in the sixties we came close to war with them.

Australia also claims the North Island of New Zeland. We call it eastralia,we teach it in schools..I've seen the maps.

No, No, No, there is no comparison between NZ and the Faulklands. The Faulklands are a just a remote isolated island full of sheep whereas NZ is......hang on....forget it.....


Its a little known fact that Gumboot has been sent to this forum by the NZ Government as a secret envoy to learn the ways of the outside world and see if he can find any more vacant land for sheep farms!!! beware.....
