April Stundie Nominations

No CT but I'm putting it up anyway. From the Des Moine Register online, "Your Two Cents Worth",

I can't read that without hearing Zapp Brannigan saying, "Hit that bullseye and this house of cards will fall like dominoes. Checkmate."

Almost too good, do you think it might be a joke?

not a winner; probably not even a nominee, but...

...it made me chuckle.

Precisely my point. See how the material ejected from WTC 1 is going mostly vertically downwards by the time it hits the American Express building over 500 feet away?

...

The question is how 4 ton steel beams flew horizontally over 600 feet, (2 football fields)
You said 600 feet, now 500 feet; what is up, why the change? Did they move the buildings, or shorten football fields. How long is a football field?

...
100 yards, or 300 feet. The "over 500" is because it is better to understate than overstate in debates.

apparently it's even better to flat out pull things out of ones nether regions in debates

"But I damn well won't be looking towards the sun anytime soon. It's become simply too bright for nothing unusual to be going on."

"I can't wait to see the science and research loving apollogists deny this with a wave of their hand.

I saw the midday sun at seven a.m. this morning. You? "

"Since twilight lasts about 30 seconds now, yes I'm certain. Can't watch sunsets and sunrises anymore. Or maybe YOU can, why don't you give me a report?"

Now, now -- Travis has a life, too. I know for a fact, because A and I bought him one for Christmas.

I nominate this thread for a Stundie:

Mossad agents infiltrated and trained Obama at Indonesian madrassah daycare
The Indonesia madrassah Obama attended from 1969-1971 was a covert Israeli operation and zionist intelligence outpost in the middle of an extremist muslim community.

I mean..come on. How much more woo can ya get?

:)
No reptilians, it needs Reptilians to be more woo-ish.

Other than that its great.:D

Sorry to leave on such a negative note, but I will not disown my core beliefs that I have always had and will not accept the explanation that things just "happen" just because you guys say they are not true and claim to have all the "real evidence." Use your "reason" and "science" on other people and continue thinking amongst yourselves that you know better than the rest of us. Best of luck to all.

You heard it here first folks; "Science" and "reason", what the **** can they tell us?

It was a helluva exit line, but it doesn't compare to the warmer sunshine.

Rolfe.

You've found April's winner I think. "Hi, I'm a narrow minded dolt and none of your "evidence" or "science" (if there is such thing) will change that." Freaking awesome.

"I guess you're living in another hemisphere, which may explain it. In some countries, people are witnessing two suns. Where I live, there's just one that blazes too bright to look near from sunrise to sunset.

Or you're just one of those several shills around her who just discounts anything which raises awareness? I won't judge."

This guy is trying real hard to win this award. I think we should all get some tin foil just in case.

We did go into Iraq first. In 1991.

Pedant.

ETA: and just to prove I'm not misrepresenting his position, here's his earlier post:

The terrorists were covertly recruited. Odd also that as soon as the twin towers were hit we went into Iraq & later Afghanistan searching for a guy who is in all likelihood dead. Odd you know more about aviation than Field Mc Connell.
