April Stundie Nominations

I was thinking more along the lines of the Harry Potter character who's name I actually forget.:D

,,,and wasn't there a horror flick with a character called Candyman who would appear when his name was spoken?

The first one you're thinking of is Voldemort. He's the main bad guy, how'd you forget him? :D

The second one is Candlejack, and it wasn't from a horror flick, it was from a kid's show called

called.......?

Trying to build suspense?:D

As for "Candyman" yes, dreadful but good entertainment in a bloodfest sort of way for those of us who find really bad movies oddly entertaining. With my wife, not being of the same persuasion, I don't see too many any more.:(

ETA: the thread which I linked to is full of Stundiable material. In my continued request to address the physics that supposedly proves that WTC 7 was brought down with explosives the poster known as CodeBlack listed a few physics equations but never did bother to apply them to the situation instead telling me to ,,,,,,,,,,, watch the video,,,,,,,,,(now isn't that a novel suggestion)
I pressed him to show me the applied physics in the thread and got this reply:D
Dude, if you haven't gotten it yet then no amount of explaining is gonna help. Get off your lazy ass and go look at the evidence yourself. I'm not going to spend my time spoon feeding it to you. I'm happy with the information I've gained from this thread. I got what I came for. I'm good.

From poster Cole_Trickle I get;
Pretty simple as are your tactics and your overly obsessive views of everything 9-11. Whether it be bombs, planes, concrete, or technical aspects of the collapse. Why? You're not even a US citizen, why so interested in 9-11? Don't tell me it's your softer side for compassion. That's pure b*****t, I'll buy ego, or " small man's syndrome " heck even just getting your kicks out of thinking your science trumps common sense in the face of something impossible.
<<...>>
Time to come clean hess. What's you deal with all of this business anyway? Why do you give a rats ass about 9-11 and what really happened on that day?

Let me guess: You walk little old ladies across the street, and rescue stray dogs and cats. It would only be natural for you to blame those evil Muslims who hate The United States in the classic " Good vs evil sense" that's rich.

translation: science is carp and anyone claiming that science trumps opinion is full of carp as well.

It's part of the joke. Whenever someone says Candlejack's name, he comes and takes them away. It's all nonsense, of course. I could yell "Candlejack!" from my roof and nothing bad could poss

Poor guy. I could have told him that standing on the roof was dangerous.

Welcome to the forums! I only regret that your stay was so short.

I think I may have to retract this nomination. It seems that "showprofanity" has been disappeared from Digg, along with all of his comments, and I didn't get a screenshot. Meh.

Killed after one post. How tragic.

Best Only Post ever!

Of course, making a second post would spoil it...

*head hits keyboard*

I just knew I shouldn't have posted in that swine flu thread.

*sigh*

And now for something slightly on topic:

However a hypothetical "international banking conspiracy" is not a fact, IMO, it is a theory. Thus we are not debating facts on this thread IMO.

Awesome! Now I can define the variable g as gravy and calculate the force of turkey in a pulley system.

From the comments section of the National Post's Jonathan Kay's review of a visit to a "truther" meeting starring Richard Gage:

From commenter DJ BALL Apr 25 2009 3:07 PM :

"Calling the Head of the Star Wars program a "nutter" is pure delusion."

Because, of course, there was nothing nutty at all about that program, was there?
