The firing comes after Cumia went on a Twitter rant, using profane language and making derogatory remarks about an African American woman who assaulted him in Times Square. Cumia was taking a photograph of the Square, and the woman believed she was the subject of his photographs.

So, I wonder if the "Duck Dynasty" wing of the Free Speecher Brigade of Conservative Real 'Murricans will defend this radio host?

It's almost hilarious how his fans are running around spewing racial slurs, because the idiot decided to harrass a black woman under some scaffolding, and said he was "taking pictures of Times Square", and then spewing *actual* racism and misogyny afterwards.

It's ridiculous how people like him want everyone else to have to check themselves, and yet put up with it when some white heterosexual male wants to spew hatred in public - and let's be clear, that's exactly what this is. Dude took pics of a random black woman walking down the street, posted a bunch of hatred...and lost his job. Oh, well! He lost out, because his own boos applied his own standard to himself!

I only know the guy by name because I'm a big Louis CK fan and he's a frequent guest in their show. I think I've listened to all of those segments, at least what's on youtube. I don't have any particular opinion about Anthony, nor Opie. Couldn't probably tell which one was which on the show, because frankly I don't care.

My entire timeline was nothing but people partying on the people whining about how awful it is for a racist guy to get fired for being publicly racist.

Not only of that woman, but of at least another one as well. From both photos it's clear that he was photographing them, not the surroundings. (His twitter seems to have been deleted along with the pics. Wonder why? ) The other woman he photographed from behind, so she didn't see him, the one who objected to her pic, had been photographed from the front. So basically, he was being an *******, someone wasn't happy with that and he then had a temper tantrum on twitter.
