Tex2 - learn to use the quote function. It would make your responses much simpler to read and comprehend.

As a matter of fact, neither of my existing medical conditions are the result of poor diet or lack of exercise, though, of course, diet and exercise are good for nearly any condition. You don't want people dissing Amway without knowledge; don't diss other people's lifestyles without knowledge.

That you find biased salespersons to be a good source of information is VERY telling. You see, at a SKEPTIC site, a good source of information is, among other things, an unbiased source. That is why I accept no information from you about Amway, because you are a biased source (and because your method of dispersing information is generally rude and peurile).

That you choose to 'sell' Amway in a fashion that is all but undistinguishable from how people 'sell' their cults is equally telling.

At the moment, I am buying no products whatsoever. I have gone as long as three months without purchasing anything (other than things like power and phone service, obviously). When I buy food, I buy bulk quantities (a habit from having six kids to feed), so it tends to last. When I buy toiletries, same thing. My needs are few; my desires, even less. I shop but rarely - under normal circumstances, once or twice a month, in large bursts, and all carefully considered and planned out.

Now, as I said before, I was unaware Amway even existed. I haven't heard of their products in years - decades, actually. Unless they're selling under some other cover, that is. I merely pointed out that, after living in several states and in several different towns, this was the first time I've heard Amway mentioned - so it's not a really influential company, apparently, at least not at the level of common consumer.

That's it. Don't be angry. I'm not.

Amway training, apparently. :D >>>> I find it interesting the moderator allows your side to constantly insult me, yet does not allow the opposite. LOL

As I said before, his responses are almost textbook-perfect examples of the responses of cultist recruiters facing opposition.
My responses are VERY different from what you would hear from a typical IBO, an LCK, or an Amway employee. Ignorance is bliss, you must be ecstatic! LOL

Tex2 - learn to use the quote function. It would make your responses much simpler to read and comprehend. >>>> You're not worth the trouble.

As a matter of fact, neither of my existing medical conditions are the result of poor diet or lack of exercise, though, of course, diet and exercise are good for nearly any condition. You don't want people dissing Amway without knowledge; don't diss other people's lifestyles without knowledge. >>>> Chances are VERY good you're blowing smoke saying your medical conditions were not the result of a poor diet and/or lack of exercise. Just like you were blowing smoke when you first posted on this thread, dissing Amway. How about this: You keep it up and so will I? LOL

That you find biased salespersons to be a good source of information is VERY telling. You see, at a SKEPTIC site, a good source of information is, among other things, an unbiased source. That is why I accept no information from you about Amway, because you are a biased source (and because your method of dispersing information is generally rude and peurile). >>>> I said a salesperson "...can be excellent sources for SOME of your information." That you find my sentence can be twisted out of context is VERY telling. You don't even want to find out what my biases are, or how strongly I rely on facts to make my points. Talk about biased! LOL By the way, it's spelled puerile, and you have shown yourself to be an ignorant cyberbully, who has no concern for being aware of the facts, because you've already made up your ignorant mind. LOL

That you choose to 'sell' Amway in a fashion that is all but undistinguishable from how people 'sell' their cults is equally telling. >>>> I don't even recommend Amway to anyone, but why let the facts get in the way of trying to link me to cultism? LOL

>>>> Great. Did you know you could get free shipping by ordering more than $75 worth or more of products, and many of them are VERY cost competitive? But why let the facts get in the way of not wanting to save time and money, because bashing something you know very little about is more fun? LOL

Now, as I said before, I was unaware Amway even existed. >>>> And I didn't know you existed, but I knew people like you exist, because I've been blogging for over 4 years. LOL

I haven't heard of their products in years - decades, actually. >>>> Imagine all the other things you haven't heard of as well.

Unless they're selling under some other cover, that is. >>>> Until recently, they did very little advertising. Why do you think you haven't been approached for decades?

I merely pointed out that, after living in several states and in several different towns, this was the first time I've heard Amway mentioned - so it's not a really influential company, apparently, at least not at the level of common consumer. >>>> So? There are a lot of companies you have never heard of that make millions or billions of dollars every year. Just because you have been busy procreating and going to school doesn't make you a business expert.

That's it. Don't be angry. I'm not. >>>> That's part of the problem - That's it. I'm not angry at you, you're to ignorant to be angry towards. I am angry with the tool scam, however.

Could you make your posts any harder to read? Seriously you're so intermixing the text that it's hard to tell which are quotes and which are you.

You owe me some answers before I get into that. LOL

Answers to what? I can't read your posts!!!

Could you make your posts any harder to read? >>>> I'll try. LOL

Seriously you're so intermixing the text that it's hard to tell which are quotes and which are you. >>>> Maybe if you responded to questions, it wouldn't be as confusing. LOL

Answers to what? I can't read your posts!!!
Go back and read, this time for comprehension. LOL

Maybe you're not worth the effort.

If the effort is too much for you here, you could always return to the comfort of your own blog.

Believe me, taking a little effort to make things more readable will be more rewarding in the long run than continuing to be a smarmy wiseacre. If you don't wind up banned for being uncivil, you'll wind up ignored by many, or turned into yet another forum kitty toy, like so many other posters have been, to be played with and batted around as amusement.

Let's look at the facts, shall we?

After expressing my surprise that this company was still around, you offered to give me your biased education about Amway. I rejected your offer, graciously enough, I thought, and gave my reasoning. As a result, you offered an insulting and rude comment about me choosing to remain ignorant, when all I did was reject your biased version of the facts.

This is what set me off, and drew me into this inappropriate conversation with you in the first place - rejecting your skewed perceptions is, in fact, choosing to avoid becoming more ignorant, actually.

That you continue to engage with me, seems to indicate that you feel I am, for some reason, 'worth the effort'; yet you refuse to consistantly use the quote function properly. Since I've already suggested you use it properly, and it is I you are taking the time to reply to, this indicates that you are choosing to remain uncivil.

Continue as you are now, and you will doubtless be reported by some to the moderators, who might very well decide you are acting uncivilly, or, worse, are advertising for Amway - something that can actually get you banned pretty quickly if taken wrongly.

So for your own sake, please take the time to use the forum features properly, and make your posts and replies legible to all forumites.

Thank you - good night.

By the way, I think you're a great salesman, you certainly "sold" me that you're not looking to improve your life.

Ah yes, because the only way to improve one's life is through Amway.

Can I get an Amen?

If the effort is too much for you here, you could always return to the comfort of your own blog. >>>> Thanks for the tip. LOL

Believe me, taking a little effort to make things more readable will be more rewarding in the long run than continuing to be a smarmy wiseacre. >>>> Trust YOU? Someone who enters a discussion, admitting they don't know much, yet slings mud around as if they did? LOL By the way, your comments appear at the beginning of each paragraph, and my comments follow the 4 right hand arrows (>>>>). LOL

If you don't wind up banned for being uncivil, you'll wind up ignored by many, or turned into yet another forum kitty toy, like so many other posters have been, to be played with and batted around as amusement. >>>> I've already been "banned" twice, even though the moderators are biased against me. LOL You people can't turn me into a "forum kitty toy", you have too few facts and I have too many facts. LOL

Let's look at the facts, shall we? >>>> From YOU, a self-admitted ignorant person when it comes to Amway, and someone who clearly stated they don't want to be better informed? LOL

After expressing my surprise that this company was still around, you offered to give me your biased education about Amway. >>>> No, I offered to provide you facts.

I rejected your offer, graciously enough, I thought, and gave my reasoning. >>>> Choosing to remain ignorant says a lot more about you than it does about me. LOL

As a result, you offered an insulting and rude comment about me choosing to remain ignorant, when all I did was reject your biased version of the facts. >>>> How do you know how biased I am, you don't even know my positions? LOL

This is what set me off, and drew me into this inappropriate conversation with you in the first place - rejecting your skewed perceptions is, in fact, choosing to avoid becoming more ignorant, actually. >>>> I thought you set you aren't angry, now you say you are "set off." LOL

That you continue to engage with me, seems to indicate that you feel I am, for some reason, 'worth the effort'; yet you refuse to consistantly use the quote function properly. >>>> The reason you and others are "worth the effort" is because you provide rich content for teaching my IBOs how some people react when they are offered to be better informed. LOL

Since I've already suggested you use it properly, and it is I you are taking the time to reply to, this indicates that you are choosing to remain uncivil. >>>> Others have suggested it as well, you're not the first. LOL If this is what "sets you off", all the better. LOL

Continue as you are now, and you will doubtless be reported by some to the moderators, who might very well decide you are acting uncivilly, or, worse, are advertising for Amway - something that can actually get you banned pretty quickly if taken wrongly. >>>> You STILL don't know why I'm here, do you? Have you even visited my blog? (http://texsquixtarblog.blogspot.com/2008/03/9-steps-of-truth.html) Keep digging, you're doing a fine job! LOL

So for your own sake, please take the time to use the forum features properly, and make your posts and replies legible to all forumites. >>>> For your own sake, go back to raising your 6 kids and going to school. Allow the adults to clean up the tool scam. LOL

Thank you - good night. >>>> You're welcome. Good morning.

I never said that.

By the way, I think you're a great salesman, you certainly "sold" me that you're not looking to improve your life.

So, would you care to clarify what part of what Z actually said - other than not being interested in become part of the Amway family - this refers to?
