Trump Retweeted

Office of the DNI
@ODNIgov
Statement by DNI Ratcliffe: "I have confirmed that neither the President nor the Vice President were ever briefed on any intelligence alleged by the New York Times in its reporting yesterday." (1/2)

"The White House statement addressing this issue earlier today, which denied such a briefing occurred, was accurate. The New York Times reporting, and all other subsequent news reports about such an alleged briefing are inaccurate.” (2/2)

Man, who knew that hiring this sycophant would pay off so well, so soon?

It is quite possible that this is a case similar to Captain Crozier trying to draw attention to the spread of Covid on his Aircraft Carrier:
this might have come form someone desperately trying to get this information to the eyes of the President, only to be told that no one is allowed to bring bad news about Russia to Trump as a matter of principle, because that way he can deny ever having heard about it.

This was my thinking.

Intelligence people are naturally predisposed to keeping things secret, because they know the risks to national security when classified information ends up in the wrong hands.

But at some point, they have to realize that a President who never even looks at their intelligence reports is himself a huge risk to national security - just look at what happened when he stuck his head in the sand when they warned him about COVID-19 back in January. At some point, the risk of inaction outweighs the risks of leaking, if you really do care about protecting the nation.

Anyone else wonder about the timing of this leak about the Russian Bounties?

My guess is that this was a part of Bolton's book that was deemed too secret to print - which meant it had to be leaked the more direct route.

Bolton certainly claims that he briefed Trump about this in the spring of 2019.

Looks like Trump has received a rather important endorsement...

Hint: its a Lincoln project parody video.

Even if the Trump campaign didn't actually collaborate with Russia, the fact still remains that the Russians were very happy when Trump won. Every Republican should ask him/herself why that would be.

The Russian have been trying to kill Americans in Afganistan and other war Zones for years, part of the early phase of the 9/11 truth movement was inspired by Russian Propoganda.
Even when we were supposed to be Allied in the war on Terrorists they were double dealing us.
Found that out when they tried to hack my computer, in 2007, they failed misserably.

Do the clowns have big knockers? Otherwise, not interested.

Don't laugh folks. Here's a quote from an article in The New Yorker profiling Fiona Hill.
Hill generally attended Oval Office meetings on Russia only when Jon Huntsman, the U.S. Ambassador, was visiting. In those sessions, Trump had little interest in hearing the Ambassador’s thoughts about Putin, preferring to talk about Huntsman’s daughter, Abby, who was then the co-host of “Fox & Friends Weekend.” “Let’s call Abby!” Trump said on one occasion. “Get her on the phone!” Link to article
