So when Trump accused Obama of treason a couple of days ago, he was wrong? What a surprise!
You can find more things Trump is wrong about than he will ever be right about.

Trump stood in front of West Point graduates while knowing that Russia had bounties out on American soldiers.
Whitehouse PressSec says neither Trump nor Pence were briefed on the "alleged Russian bounty intelligence".
This raises the obvious question.
The US had intelligence that Russia was paying militants to kill US & allied troops, and officials decided NOT to tell the president or VP about it?
But then, Fox News has posted a story which matches the New York Times reporting that the president was told months ago that a Russian government paid the Taliban to attack US troops.
Who do we believe?
Remember, the Press Secretary said "I will never lie to you".
His Press Secretary says he was informed.
Which one is telling lies?

Trump Tweeted
Nobody briefed or told me, @VP Pence, or Chief of Staff @MarkMeadows about the so-called attacks on our troops in Afghanistan by Russians, as reported through an “anonymous source” by the Fake News @nytimes. Everybody is denying it & there have not been many attacks on us.....
The fact that he thinks "No one told ME!" is an adequate defense just shows, once again, how useless he is as president. If any earlier President had been kept out of the loop on something this important, heads would have rolled when they found out, which is why the intelligence community would make sure the President was informed.
If it's true that no one bothered to tell Trump about this, that's a stunning indictment of his leadership qualities, or should I say, utter lack thereof.
Now that Trump definitely knows -
What is he going to do about it?
What can he do? One of his inner circle probably signed off on it.Now that Trump definitely knows -
What is he going to do about it?
I'm not an expert on the technical requirements for treason, but Trump's probably been guilty of something related to treason since long before he was barely elected president.Of course Trump is guilty of treason. If Russia is known by the US Government to be paying to have US citizens killed, they are by any reasonable definition an enemy. There needn't be a declared war or police action against them to make the word "enemy" applicable.
Probably, but this one isn't even a close call. This is reacting to a nation attacking your citizens by calling them friends and advocating for them to get things they want. If the House doesn't start the impeachment process again, they're traitors too.I'm not an expert on the technical requirements for treason, but Trump's probably been guilty of something related to treason since long before he was barely elected president.
I don't think there's the time, inclination or political capital to get any kind of ball rolling. It would only serve as a distraction for Trump to say outrageous things about and draw media attention away from the thousands of people dying as a direct result of his policy.Probably, but this one isn't even a close call.
