FDR errors from jt are not here to discuss. Those FDR errors you want to discuss, and remember the image of the Pentagon in not from FDR data, so it is not an FDR error.

Yes and better news Capt Bob has a second class medical so we are all safe from hearing his no theories on the intercom as a Captain on a major, he can't fly left seat heavy jet major airlines with passengers due to his second class (can't afford the first class) and no ATP. Could you image him flying with the lack of judgment he has on 911 issues how can you be sure he can compartmentalize them as pilots should so only his expert flying skills show. Like he doesn’t know the feet in a nautical mile, and no clue what frequency range a RADAR altimeter operates at, but wait, for a non-ATP pilot this could be lack of knowledge. But he must be a great pilot because he is not good at understanding 911; is he good at selling DVDs?

I was flying left seat heavy jets with passengers the equal to an airline captain in my twenties over 30 years ago and Balsamo has failed to achieve even the ATP to do it in his thirties, late thirties?

In the USAF we needed no FAA physical to fly, we had the equal to an FAA physical with EKGs checked in our 40s. My FAA stuff is in the FAA data base because we would up date our pilot certs with the FAA if we wanted. We needed no FAA ticket to fly in the USAF. I took my ATP because since 1975 I have had the equal to an ATP check every years to 17 months for 28 years, and almost 20 years when I decided to get the FAA ticket. So an old USAF pilot like me could have no FAA database information, however many UPT classes in my day would apply for commercial lieceince after UPT (undergrad pilot training) and take the test, we had 200 hours in centerline trust in our one year flying 7Gs, 5g loops, 720 degree per second rolls, and having a damn good time learning to fly supersonic high performance jet aircraft, albeit half of that was in the low performance tweet.

I have not updated my FAA med since our flight surgeon who had the FAA stink on him left; if I want to fly all I need is 5 minute visit to my doc and over 100 dollars an hour to do what I do on occasion with great pleasure since 1973 as pilot in command; FLY. Send me money and I will salivate, how do you like that, we can go flying. Oops I flew in Mexico, and when I mean fly I was operating the plane. Do they require physicals, yep, there was another pilot. My wife wants to go flying, we have to save up and go join the AeroClub; we are trained scuba divers too, but we have no dove since our Okinawa days; we are spoiled with hot water diving. So I hope to fly again, but gee, it was free with Uncle Sam, and was my job, or part of my job for 28 years, fully qualified to fly with current Air Force Physicals since by first interview with the USAF in (omg) 1970. What did they do with all those tube of blood after my 32 flight physical since 1970.

Where is the darn errors in the FDR discussion, I know Balsamo has his medical updated, it cost less than 100 dollars, or what ever now in 2009.

Discuss those FDR errors and stop worrying about Balsamo, he offers no theory. Zip. Quick I have to baby-sit in a few hours. The FDR errors you alluded to.

i dont' believe you understand how this all fits together, or how a CSV file is created, nor what a CSV file is based on.

Forget the aircraft for a moment. Look at the data. There are different values
for the same parameter while the aircraft is sitting on the runway.

What expert from the NTSB could let such a huge error slide? How is this possible based on the software used to create the animation and CSV?

What is your theory on how these values became different?

At least p4t is adding members. They have no evidence, or plans to add evidence.

And good for them, because holding evidence up the non-theories, non-paths of Balsamo has an effect of vaporizing Balsamo’s delusions. Like holding math up to 11.2G failed physics still posted at p4t; instant vaporization, yet the list of pilots is growing at what rate? What rate was that? Do you have a graph of pilot who have no clue on 911 signing up at p4t?

Wow! I missed a lot. So we have a supposed programmer that has no clue about how software is written. He refuses to comprehend that parameters can be entered to account for errors it the data. Then we have someone else with no background that reverts to the "you are just an anonymous poster" copout when he can't come up with anything else. Both twoofers expect the working copy animation to be dead-on accurate when the instruments that were recorded by the FDR have margins for error that no software product can automatically account for. This is freaking hilarious!

As far as their list "growing"....at their current average growth rate of approximately 3 "pilots" per month...it would take 800 years before they even had 5% of active pilots.

This is off topic, but jtribby asked why we haven't reported Balsamo's lunatic ravings to the FAA.

1) How does he know no one has reported him? (Rhetorical question.)

2) By his own account, Balsamo was medically disqualified to fly. Were that not the case I certainly would have spoken to the FAA about him. A delusional nutjob who's filled with violent fantasies and publicly makes terrible errors of judgment is not qualified to hold any position of responsibility.

I had an email from someone who was having an exchange with Turbofan (Tino), whom Balsamo has been staying with. He apparently believes every 9/11 conspiracy theory, including that flights 11 and 175 didn't hit the Towers. If ever two people shouldn't be together....

I agree. But many claim it is a map rotation with AA77. When in fact it could be a heading data error as was shown in AA1420 (although opposite, as the FDR also plots true). We will never know since the NTSB refuses to comment, nor make a mention of such "errors".

I guess we just have to accept the NTSB distributing "error" filled data through the FOIA. Our tax dollars at work.

I personally would rather the NTSB correct their work as they have done in the past if in fact there are these errors, like any other scientific professional organization.

In the AA1420 animation the map was not lined up the same way as the the heading data on the FDR. One was aligned to true north while the other , magnetic north. Thus you can characterize it as a map rotation error, same with Flight 77.

the NTSB has no reason to come up with an accurate depiction of the last moments of Flt 77. It hit a big building killing all aboard, the FDR shows no problem with any system, there is ample evidence to show it was hijacked, the hijackers deliberatly flew it into the building.

The NTSB is tasked with determining the cause of aircraft mishaps. This one was caused by the person at the controls. It was not caused by weather conditions, mechanical or electrical/electronic failure, or pilot error.

Pray tell, what reason would the NTSB then have to produce an accurate animation showing that the plane hit a building that dozens of eyewitnesses say hit the building?

ETA: I did not read through all of the last few pages. I assume that you confirmed Beachnut's pilot qualifications by asking Balsamo about it. He does know that Beahnut is a pilot.

Allow me the same error. As many here know, I have invested a great deal of time with the NTSB irregularities. I reached my own conclusions in regards to the CSV and animation files. Somehow the NTSB "screwed-the-pooch", but the actual raw file data can be used (as P4T did) to generate a good RO2 file that corresponds perfectly with the available radar data (RADES and FAA). The altitude values (when available) represented by the beacon data at the radar sites can be used to align the FDR and radar data with a very consistent model of the flight path up until the Sheraton Hotel area. Beyond this point, eyewitnesses confirm the path along Columbia Pike until it clears the Annex area, a "shadow" on the Citgo video confirms it south of the Citgo, and 5 downed poles (verified by recent amateur video releases to be downed, not planted).

So the whole discussion of why the NTSB data is screwed up is moot in relation to the flight path of AAL77. The 911 Commission (and NTSB) relied upon a radar study (combined with FDR data as described above) to determine the flight path. Why keep beating a dead horse when it is simply not germane to the issue?
