This really is a silly thread.
The question at hand is simply this: Would we or would we not expect there to be signs of physical injury remaining two months after a fourteen year old was raped by six or seven men? It's a question that can only be answered by asking someone who records the evidence of such cases, since the odds than any JREFer has had the opportunity to observe the healing process of multiple such victims is slight.
The answer will be a definite yes, a definite no, or somewhere in between, and the OP needs to go find someone with relevant expertise and ask them.
