Johanabrahams has confessed to viewing children and relatives as viable sexual partners and getting a kink thrill out of the infantilizing language he's been using in the thread. From what I've heard an entire town has banned him for legitimate reasons.

What are our moral obligations in this situation? What, if anything, can we do to minimize the risk of him snapping and doing more of whatever harm he's BEEN doing to people? Is tearing his paper-thin god-mother delusion potentially endangering innocent people in South Africa?
