Well correct me if I am wrong but your take on 9/11 is that it was allowed to happen as advertised(hijacked planes were crashed into buildings which suffered damage directly or indirectly as a result of those crashes) whereas the hardfacts site Clayton linked to, and Clayton himself adhere to a quite different scenario in which a vastly complicated and massive logistal mechanism was put into place to only make it look like hijacked planes were crashed into buildings which suffered damage directly or indirectly as a result of those crashes.

THAT, Clayton is a post in which my post is actually addressed in context.

You see I asked paloalto a question and he answered it. That question concerned the difference between his beliefs concerning 9/11 and yours.

Yep, iirc, only one video of that event.(it being hit by a plane that is). Very odd way to refer to that as " the second tower plane". Just another example of Clayton's problem with the written language.

Of course there was really no compelling reason to be videoing the sky in lower Manhattan as the north tower was being hit, no reason especially for local news cameras to be trained upon it.

In fact I can envision the truther cry if there were a dozen or so videos, people quick to whip out their cameras at the site and sound of an aircraft approaching (maybe a contingent of the Association of Aircraft Videographers touring Manhattan). They'd be crying 'why,,, oh tell us why,,, there were so many people that just happened to be videoing the sky in Manhattan. They'd point out that there isn't much to see from the street, that it was so convinient for so many videos having been taken, and that the A of AV got $1000 from PBS 10 years ago....."inside jobby-job!!11!!!111!!

The Black Boxes? What are the specifications for the black boxes Clayton? Please tell us what the can survive.

Can you do physics? Can black boxes survive E=mgh when it is released? Can you explain how much energy is stored in the WTC using E=mgh? Can a black box survive that energy release from each WTC?

You ask questions, but have no idea how to figure it out yourself? Why?

And even a private pilot in a small off-course plane 'will likely find two F-18s on their tail within 10 or so minutes' of unapproved movement.

How do they know the private pilots off course without a flight plan are off course??? The web site is perfect for Clayton.

Poor Clayton fooled by idiots who copy and paste nonsense; the person who did the web site is super stupid. If you are outside the United States and you are off course, you could be intercepted. The source is talking about the ADIZ.

The U.S. military has their own network of radars looking over the U.S. borders, and out over the ocean (NORAD). They are tied into the FAA computer to be able to get information on incoming flights from overseas, but if they see a target over international waters headed toward the U.S., without flight plan information, they will call on the "shout" line to the appropriate Center sector for an ID. Sector 66 might get a call to ID a radar target, and if 66 has no datablock or other information on it, the military will usually scramble an intercept flight. Essentially always they turn out to be private pilots ("VFR") not talking to anybody, who stray too far outside the boundary, then get picked up on their way back in. But, procedures are procedures, and they will likely find two F-18's on their tail within 10 or so minutes.

Emergency Code

Dialing in code 7700 in the aircraft transponder causes EMRG to blink in the datablock or next to the VFR target. Typically this might come from a VFR aircraft that is lost, dials in a random radio frequency and gets a controller who tells him to squawk 7700. If there is a sea of V's and I's, the EMRG code will blink and stand out, to more easily locate him. That is really the only functional use, though maybe a VFR pilot with a transponder but no radio who encounters an emergency, could squawk 7700 to alert somebody they are in trouble.

... as I actually did this once IRL returning to SQL with no Rx. Ahh, good times.
