Who was the acting, principal military advisor to the president on 9/11?
Wait, you mean it's not Laura?Barney was responsible for 9/11?
Fred's all broken up about. Hasn't yabba dabba'ed in weeks, much less done any dooing.Barney was responsible for 9/11?
I never heard of "Who was the acting, principal military advisor to the president on 9/11", unless you are refering to Dr Who.Who was the acting, principal military advisor to the president on 9/11?

From a strictly LIHOP POV, I suggest that TAM left an important figure off the list. I said that this person was most in a position to thwart the attacks but neglected the responsibility. I won't indulge these attempts to get me to accuse someone of murder.
And I was specific about my challenge to TAM, even though he decided to address his challenge to "truthers," which is beneath him. If he or anyone else knows their research, it should not be hard to name a very prominent official who neglected his responsibilities on 9/11 and arguably, could be charged with very serious crimes.
There is a strange lack of input from our resident "truthers/agnostics". Not one has come here to declare a single person on that list as part of the "inside job". The closest is A-Train suggesting Chertoff be added to the list.
Am I surprised...no...disappointed, a little.
Very cowardice to point fingers, but not name names...if 9/11 inside job were so important, why no names?

The thing is Jews are the ones that make themselves controversial by being the Chosen Ones according to the Bible. In the world today with the creation of Israel there is cause for concern as well as one's loyalty comes into question as I have repeatedly remarked and which you have continued to ignore.
To tell a family secret; my grandmother was Dutch...
You're right, and perhaps you are owed an apology. I will not answer such a question as "who was in on it." I choose to submit an individual who neglected his responsibility with such negligence as to deserve criminal charges. I stated from the start that I'm approaching this from a strictly LIHOP POV.
My first posts in this thread made it clear that I'm approaching this from that POV. I will not fall for the debunking trap of proclaiming "who did it!" Although more boring, I prefer to discuss who willingly neglected his responsibilities, allowing the attacks to occur.
Trust me, I won't make this a game, ...

You are saying it's Richard Myers who LIHOP? The one who served in the Air Force for 40 years?
4 Defense Distinguished Service Medals
Distinguished Service Medal Legion of Merit
19 Distinguished Flying Cross Air Medals
Sure Redibis..sure.
ETA: He won the Presidential medal of freedom, also.
You haven't answered any of my questionsFinally, someone who knows some basic information.
It is ironic that Myers was given the medal of freedom considering what he was doing on 9/11.
He was the acting chairman, the point man for the military and he didn't want to be disturbed from his meeting with Senator Max Cleland, which is worthy of investigation and charges not of conspiracy, but extreme negligence
Please provide detailed and specific evidence of the above, at a minimum please provide what specific information did this person have and when they had it. Please show evidence the person was in possession of such information. Surely you have it at your fingertips otherwise I'm sure you wouldn't say he "neglected his responsibility with such negligence as to deserve criminal charges".
Thanks.
What exactly do you think the Chairman of the JCS does? What military authority do you think they, or the JCS in general, have? Finally, someone who knows some basic information.

"According to his own account, Air Force General Richard Myers, the vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, sees reports of the first WTC crash on television. Myers is acting chairman of the US military during the 9/11 crisis because Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Army General Henry Shelton is flying across the Atlantic for a NATO meeting in Europe. [ABC News, 9/11/2002; American Forces Press Service, 9/8/2006] Myers has a 9 o’clock appointment with Senator Max Cleland (D) in one of the Senate office buildings. He is heading into this meeting and sees a television in Cleland’s outer office showing the burning North Tower, with the commentator suggesting it has been hit by an airplane. [MSNBC, 9/11/2002] Myers later recalls, “They thought it was a small plane or something like that.” [Armed Forces Radio And Television Service, 10/17/2001; American Forces Press Service, 10/23/2001] He says, “And we’re standing around saying, ‘What in the world happened?’ I remember the day being beautiful. I said, ‘How could a pilot be that stupid, to hit a tower? I mean, what’—but then you think, ‘Well, whatever.’” So he goes ahead and walks into the meeting, and is with Cleland at the time the second tower is hit (see (Shortly After 9:03 a.m.) September 11, 2001). [Council on Foreign Relations, 6/29/2006] On several occasions, Cleland will confirm that Myers had this meeting with him. [US Congress, 9/13/2001; CNN, 11/20/2001; Atlanta Journal-Constitution, 6/16/2003] But counterterrorism “tsar” Richard Clarke seems to contradict this account. He claims that, when he joins a video teleconference shortly after arriving at the White House, he sees Myers on screen, indicating that Myers is at the Pentagon rather than with Cleland (see (9:10 a.m.) September 11, 2001). wow, you post junk from a do nothing 9/11 truther. Cooperative-research just post junk, who cares what it means, and who cares if some is wrong. And you have posted nothing, because we did not do it, the terrorist did it. When you figure out how to understand 9/11 maybe you can help understand how to stop ignorance that makes people kill other people for other people. 9/11 was the terrorist fault. Next time you have an accident try to blame others, cause it seems like you are as responsible as Myers is for 9/11 since you offers zero proof you did not warn the world some terrorist were going to cut pilot throats, and take the planes and kill people. It is your fault, and now you help spread ignorance on 9/11, you are at fault directly on this one. Finally, someone who knows some basic information.

Stop telling the truth, it may melt the truther. If this weren't so pathetic it would be funny. This illustrates how little you know about how the military operates and what sort of control Myers had for something like 9/11.
I'll compare it to a 911 (Dial a Prayer) call to the Police for the victim of a violent attack with a gun or knife. The Police arrive on the scene in time to make chalk marks on the floor and arrange for transportation of the body to the morgue.
That's similar to the control that Myers had for what happened on 911. Only difference he was Assistant Chief of Police, but acting as Chief on the fatal day.
You have no clue what you're talking about.
ETA: The Tech Sergeant at NEADS talking on the phone to CheapShot at Boston ARTCC had more control over the military response to 9/11 that did Gen Myers.
