7,000 year old alien base found

That would require adequate refueling capabilities if we want to attract any traffic. Our antimatter and tritium production is completely inadequate at the moment. Right now, we're a small town with no local gas station or mechanic. There's no reason for someone to leave the freeway as they drive past.

Reminds me of the Far Side cartoon with two sheepish-looking aliens standing by heir saucer, showing a map to the small-town gas station attendant: "Shoot, you guys got the wrong solar system. I mean, the wrong planet I can understand, but the wrong goldarn solar system?!?"

Hey- do they have my luggage? It's been missing since my last trip to Boston, and perhaps it got diverted. It could be still going around a carousel at the alien airport on Earth or accidently placed on their flight to Pluto.

I'm sure this is completely legitimate because the guy is a high-ranking government official.

Quote:
Iraq’s Transport Minister Kazem Finjan claims that the first airport in the world was built by ancient aliens. According to Minister Finjan, the aliens built an airport for interplanetary transport 7,000 years ago in the Middle East.

The statement was given during a press conference to announce the creation of a modern-day airport in Dhi Qar, southern Iraq. The Transport Minister adds that the area of the would-be airport is the same area aliens used to launch spacecrafts to discover Pluto in 5,000 BC as well as the mythical planet Nibiru, better known as Planet X.
Doubters?

Quote:
Iraq’s Transport Minister insists those who doubt his announcement to read the book of the great Sumerian historian Zecharia Sitchin or the books of Samuel Kramer, which include a book named ‘History begins at sume’. Finjan says that the book tells of the very first airport built on our planet.

Aside from the fact the late Zecharia Sitchin is not worth taking seriously I take issue with the attempt to rope Samuel Noah Kramer has a supporter of this tripe. The Minister is BSing or lying. Kramer's book History Begins at Sumer, contains nothing about an airport built by the Sumerians or ET.

No no no. Hillary created space-a-mens.

She didn't create them, she just had Bill's clothes dry cleaned.

The biggest problem with the Sumerian base is the only on planet destination was several thousands of years and miles from it in Nazca. Pre purchasing a ticket to South America was cheap because of the wait.

The Passenger pigeon left evidence in the form of stuffed specimens and their DNA. They might be brought back via cloning one day. No such evidence exists for aliens.
Pre-1914, passenger pigeons were "identified flying objects".

So the aliens, enroute to the Earth from...Wherever, didn't notice Pluto on the way in?

Maybe they came from the other direction?

It's not like Pluto is particularly noticeable as it is; it's not even a real planet.

And this type of doubting is why we can't have nice things.
On their way out the aliens even left a nice heart shape on Pluto, and what did we do?
Did we return their calls?
Did we friend them on galaxybook?

Nooo, we doubt whether they really love us while binge-watching Netflix with a nice tub of icecream fro 7000 years.
No wonder they resort to anal probing.

Iraqi minister embraces Sitchin's ideas

Kazem Finjan al-Hamami, currently serving in the Iraqi government, told reporters that the Sumerians built an airport in the country in 5000 BCE and used it to explore outer space. “The first airport that was established on planet earth was in this place,” Finjan told reporters in the southern region of Dhi Qar, home to the ancient cities of Eridu and Ur. “Sumerian spaceships used to launch from here towards the other planets.” He also credited the Sumerians with discovering the dwarf planet Pluto.
