It's a nonsense answer, but it's also a dishonest question. If one of our resident chew toys tried the same kind of chicanery, they'd be roundly ridiculed and shouted down.

He won't release his medical records for the same reason he refused to release his tax records and his school records: he is hiding something really negative.

Or just vanity. He's old and fat as well as broke and stupid, but as long as that doesn't get said officially he can pretend it isn't true.
