“I will defend our American Jewish population. I will protect your communities, your schools, your places of worship and your values. We will remove the jihadist sympathizers and Jew haters. We’re going to remove the Jew haters who do nothing to help our country, they only want to destroy our country,” he said during the event at his golf course in Doral, Florida.

The former president did not specify exactly whom he considered to be “Jew haters.” The remarks came as Trump marked the anniversary of the terror attacks, saying October 7 was the “deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust.”

Again, he's dumb a verison of a billionaire. They are actually worried about Harris winning because they believe she'll continue the Biden administration's pursuit of price gouging, tax avoidance, anti-competitive practices, and wealth hording. Biden appionted some bulldogs in FTC, DoJ, SEC, IRS, etc. specifically to go after corporate malfeasance. Harris may be even worse for them.

ETA: Maybe it's not so bad as I initially thought, as the operative phrase in all the resolved clauses is that W.Va. "will not recognize an election for President." A state "recognizing" an election for president means nothing constitutionally, it's just posturing.

Except for one resolved clause, which requires a special session of the legislature if any fraud is determined by the state so that they can consider their options, which presumably would include not certifying a slate of electors, especially if Harris wins the E.C. and even if W. Va. goes for Trump.

What happens to the magic 270 number if a state doesn't turn in a slate of electors? Does the number get adjusted, or is that state just ignored?

Adjusted. From Article II:
The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed.

The key is "appointed." They have to actually be appointed, and it's the states that do the appointing.

Under the Electoral Count Reform and Presidential Transition Improvement Act of 2022 (3 USC 15(e)(2)) if the number of electoral votes cast decreases, the number required to win also decreases. A candidate wins if they get a majority of the total number of electoral votes that were counted.

(2)Determination of majority.—
If the number of electors lawfully appointed by any State pursuant to a certificate of ascertainment of appointment of electors that is issued under section 5 is fewer than the number of electors to which the State is entitled under section 3, or if an objection the grounds for which are described in subsection (d)(2)(B)(ii)(I) has been sustained, the total number of electors appointed for the purpose of determining a majority of the whole number of electors appointed as required by the Twelfth Amendment to the Constitution shall be reduced by the number of electors whom the State has failed to appoint or as to whom the objection was sustained.
