On a different note, Trump actually agreed to debate Harris on ABC:

Former President Donald Trump says he has agreed to an offer from ABC News to debate Vice President Kamala Harris on Sept. 10.

Trump said so during a news conference at his Mar-a-Lago Club on Thursday.

Harris also confirmed her participation in the debate. Source

This is his Hail Mary pass. It will fall 40 yards short of the end zone.

Really. Pure desperation.

Trump can't remember what he said earlier today:

“Kamala Harris’s father is Jamaican American, and she went to a historically Black college,” prompted a reporter, referring to Harris’s attendance at Howard University. “How is she only recently deciding to be Black?”

“You’ll have to ask her that question because she’s the one that said it. I didn’t say it,” Trump said.

Where's that fabulous memory of his? What a putz.

The whole "crowd size" Thing is more than vanity.

The MAGA narrative is that this election, like the last, will be rigged against Trump, and the only way to overcome this is to overwhelming numbers of people voting for him - he says it's certain to be a landslide if not for stolen votes.

This narrative doesn't work if Harris demonstrably draws similar or bigger crowds.

I have no idea on the reliability of Marquette Law School's polls, but they are showing a huge advantage to Harris/Walz.

https://law.marquette.edu/poll/

This is all very well:

A new Marquette Law School Poll national survey finds Vice President Kamala Harris is the choice for president of 52% of registered voters and former President Donald Trump is the choice of 48%. Among likely voters, Harris receives 53% and Trump 47%. These results include voters who initially did not choose Harris or Trump but who were then asked whom they would vote for if they had to choose.

Their May polling reflected what everyone else was saying, so there might be some truth to it, but these numbers are so far outside margin of error it will give MAGA nightmares:

Among the youngest voting block of 18-29-year-olds, Harris has a massive 42-point lead with 71 percent preferring her candidacy compared to 29 percent who say they will vote for Trump.

The tsunami continues to grow in strength so much I almost feel sorry for Trump voters. Nah, I'm lying, I'm going to continue to rub their noses in it.
