I think Trump is competitive because Harris is a robot with a heart but no head.
I am open to the idea the heart was eradicated when she jailed everybody including her old community of marijuana heads.

I generally have an issue because many issues require nuance, a d bumper stickers avoid nuance. Which is generally an advantage to populists pushing simplistic solutions.

Exactly. If it doesn't distort the truth it's fine. The thing with Trump is that he really is that bad that simple criticisms of his unsuitability for high office can avoid being simplistic.

Where I live the far right is agitating hard against any legislation that promotes heat pumps at the expense of oil, and if I were getting one I would not be so sure the installer was one of them. The candidate of the far right, along with his inherent advocacy of rape, corruption and oligarchy, has explicitly come out against all forms of incentive for energy reduction, which though not explicitly addressed to heat pumps, includes them. While it may be true that many tradespeople believe the lies they're told, that is not, in my view, a valid reason for joining in that belief. In addition, the fact that the tradesperson doing this might be female is certainly no gift of the far right, though calling such a person a girl might well be.

If people call your posts nonsense and you respond that you know what you are trying to say, I do not think that you have presented the kind of defense you think you have. Knowing what you are trying to say is the easy part. Most of us get that far. Succeeding is the hard part.

The 'girl' ( interesting choice of terms there) who installed my heat pump was an illegal immigrant provided by the far right? That almost scans, since the far right wants to pay workers as little as possible, and exploit them as much as they can.

They're circling their wagons, waiting for the Orange Cavalry to come and save them, and instead they're going to get buried under a tsunami of happy people.
