It was the Republicans that walked away from the toughest border laws introduced in Congress EVER! And all because Trump told them to. Legislation they wrote! It was a done deal! Which proves Republicans have NO DAMN INTEREST in solving anything! They would rather blame the Democrats!

DEI is really nothing new. It's been around since the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

Finally, saying that everyone is entitled to live their life and find happiness any way they can without government interference is just being in favor of freedom.
 
At the black journalist event today, Trump was asked if Vance was ready on day one to be POTUS. Trump replied that the VP pick never matters, only who is running as POTUS. Never, in the history of the USA, has the VP pick made a difference in the campaign.

I guess he missed McCain's election.
 
I just watched Trump's interview at the NABJ. What a bomb! He was nasty, insulting and, to no one's surprise, lied his ass off.

Some of the most idiotic things he said: Harris only 'turned black' recently and only identified as Indian before, he "won" the documents case, Biden was declared incompetent and therefore could not stand trial for hiding documents, Democrats want to allow babies to be aborted in the ninth month and executed after birth and 'everyone' wante R v W overturned, and continued with the same debunked lies we're all used to him spewing.

In his usual manner, he talked over the moderators, Gish galloped in order to avoid actually answering the question asked, and made himself a victim.

Once more, he reveals himself for the disgusting POS that he is.

“She was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage. I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black. And now she wants to be known as Black. So I don't know, is she Indian or is she Black?"

He then said someone should 'look in to it' and accused the interviewer of using a 'hostile, nasty tone'

I was at the gym on a treadmill watching that and blurted several reactions out loud before remembering the gym rules to keep it down. I could not believe he could say something so stupidly impolitic at such an event.

Meaning she dared to ask him a very valid question about his past references describing black people that he had no acceptable answer to. He resorted to his usual tactic of "The best defense is a good offense."
