I'm looking for a good, and not too expensive, costume shop in Vegas. Does anyone have any leads?

In addition to the discounted Penn and Teller show, I'd like to catch a Blue Man show and possibly O Cirque du Soleil, although I am undecided on "O" because it is hideously expensive. Is anyone else planning on attending these? :D I would be there June 18th-22nd, so I would be catching them...
