Trump’s ‘So-Called’ Judge ruled against psychic

Federal Judge James L. Robart ruled in my favor against ‘psychic’ Noreen Renier in the U.S. District Court in Seattle on April 5, 2007, stating that she breached an earlier Florida state settlement agreement. His ruling ordered Renier (who described herself as a psychic to the court) to reimburse me $39,558.00 (an amount before several thousand dollars in added late payment interest charges were evaluated).

Judge Robart denied all of Renier’s counterclaims and psychic damage claims and noted “...the record before the court shows that it impossible that Ms. Renier breached the [Florida State court] agreement in this case without some level of fault. She knew or should have known of the agreement, and breached it nonetheless. . . The court rejects Ms. Renier's claim that she did not breach the Settlement Agreement because her statements in [her book] A Mind for Murder are, according to her, true.”

Given that Noreen Renier claims “super psychic” visionary foresight one wonders why she didn’t predict this current confrontation with President Trump. Clearly she is extraordinarily familiar with the Judge and the powerful “psychic energy vibrations” arising from his courtroom. Of course she mistakenly predicted to media before Judge Robart’s ruling against her that he would rule in her favor.

And its worth noting Judge Robart’s orders were followed (over the past decade) by four other federal judges who also ruled against Noreen Renier and in my favor. So maybe her “super psychic” powers just don’t work when federal courts are involved. Perhaps because none of the courtrooms provide pendulums or are near cemetery’s. Recall that Noreen Renier claims powers to talk with the dead and has noted using pendulums to gain powerful insights.

Can the president, or his supporters relieve a "so-called" judge of his position, or transfer him to some distant island, or starve him of cases to hear?

Stalin had ways of dealing with this problem, as Nikolai KrylenkoWP found out by personal experience.
Krylenko served in a variety of posts in the Soviet legal system, rising to become People's Commissar for Justice and Prosecutor General of the Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic ... Krylenko was ultimately arrested himself during the Great Purge. Following interrogation and torture by the NKVD, Krylenko confessed to extensive involvement in wrecking and anti-Soviet agitation. He was sentenced to death by the Military Collegium of the Soviet Supreme Court, in a trial lasting 20 minutes, and executed immediately afterwards.

No wonder Trump admires Russia: that judicial system was so much more efficient...

Ain't coincidences cool? Must've gobsmacked you a bit when you saw he was the new star of this particular drama.

I personally supported a candidate that fell before either Clinton or Trump --- but yes, it was interesting to see a judge that started the ball rolling in my favor has now perhaps started another ball rolling.

What would be interesting is to know whether Renier even has kept track of the judges who ruled against her. Apparently she blames losses (at least in part) on her legal counsel. Indeed, the lawyer that defended her in front of Judge James Robart ended up being left holding about $26,000.00 in unpaid legal fees when Noreen Renier declared bankruptcy. That also brought on a grin from me.
