+1 vote for pareidolia.
The easier option what I have suggested is this... If I was to record myself holding a note (tune) using either an instrument or vocals, for 15 seconds. On playback one would expect to hear 15 seconds of that note/tune. Should the note/tune fade out and disappear within seconds, it could be considered a technical hitch but, if I was to hold the note and create a drum noise at the same time, and the note fades out and disappears whilst the tapping noise remains throughout, then this will certainly rule out any "technical hitches"
I choked on M's article in the magazine, it does require correction and less exaggeration.
The meeting was 1.30 minutes
flaccon, where are the reports from the other investigators or the journalists who were supposedly looking into your case as well, so that we may weigh what they have to say against the skeptical investigator's report?
As of now, based on what you have presented here and on the ASKE report, I continue to believe you are reporting nothing more than just pareidolia.

1.30 minutes is 90 seconds. Sure was a short meeting.

If Flaccon can make the tone on this go away without affecting the click track, on my computer, I'll become a believer.
I, however, foresee that there will be some reason that the file will be unacceptable.

Am I the only person who is a little disappointed in the investigation? It relied purely on people declaring whether or not they could hear changes in the audio. This thread, with it's cryptographic hash functions actually contained more thorough and more scientific testing of the claims.
There hasn't been an investigation as such. I imagine a proper scientific investigation can only be carried out if I can demonstrate "something" that cannot be explained using any text book theories.
A scientific investigation needs to first find out if there is such a "something". The investigation using MD hashing that was done earlier in this thread was just such an investigation; the results were negative.I imagine a proper scientific investigation can only be carried out if I can demonstrate "something" that cannot be explained using any text book theories.
You lack of expertise in making sound recordings would be my guess. Getting the mix right so that the different instruments can all be heard requires a lot of it.I'd like to hear some theories here as to why when I record two instruments at once, does one instrument cancel itself out during playback, leaving just the noise of one instrument being played. Any idea's on this?
I use two instruments (drum and horn) The spirits seem to be working well with vibration. I record both instruments being played simultaeniously. The drum beat will remain constant, whilst the horn noise will fade out and disappear within seconds.

...Therefore we advise that the client tries other avenues in the paranormal field, that may be able to get a better grasp on what is actually occuring. A possible avenue, may well be getting in touch with the "Church of Scientology" or of a similar organisation. ...
(Yes sorry, the meet with M was "hours" not "minutes")
