Yes, pakeha, I only learned about Ka Apaz in 1982 when I read the article “A Blind Woman Sees the Wisdom of the Lord” in the Philippine Panorama magazine which was written by Marcial Aguila, a journalist and former head of the National Media Production Center. Marcial, who his doctors gave him only six months to live, was healed of his lung illness by the spirit of Ama in 1973 and lived for about twenty more years. You may read about him in
http://aristean.org/transcript587.htm (in Filipino) titled “Si Marcial Aguila”. I was more interested on the prophecies listed in the article.
At least, half of the ten children of Ka Apaz lived in the same compound as her. I understand that there was a separate electric meter to the houses of the children and to the Session House where Ka Apaz lives. The electric consumption of the Session House was paid by Manuel de la Cruz, a listener of Ama. I think a jumper was found by the electric company so a fine of about a million pesos was imposed to both Session House and the houses of the children.
